    I recently joined harry fitness WFH program for wight loss. They are giving proper nutrition diet plan and weekly thrice workout through online. our coach hari very well trained and professional. He is very friendly and taking good care and help us to follow the workouts without any hurdles. He is giving his best to bring out the results from us. advantages: They conduct assessment via zoom call for better explanation They assign for customized diet plan with proper macrons Conducting group classes for better engagement.     They really create good mindset before workout. coach are really friendly and knows exactly what needs to be done. My coach Mr.Hari is always with me while my work outs are going on. He had planned my workout schedule so well, which in turn made me loose 8kgs in 2 months..... REALLY A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THEIR PROGRAM.

    Harry fitness is the perfect place to start your mornings with. They have been giving the customers a good service. I choose hari vignesh as my personal trainer when I decided to start working out. He has been a very patient trainer. He is well equipped with all the knowledge you need to learn right from the scratch to mastering it. He didn’t give me any crash diets or made me do only cardio. He made sure to give me workouts that matched my body type. His training methods are giving me good results and I’m super happy about it! 😊 Like he always says, fitness is not about a physical fitness its all about mental fitness too.. I’m glad that I got an opportunity to get trained by him. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to lead a better lifestyle, he is the person you have to contact!! I full fully recommend him for anyone who is looking for a fat loss or muscle building program.

    WFH (Workout from home) is the best program I ever did in life for fat loss. Best thing is we never need gym for this program we can do in home or wherever. I have reduced my weight 11 kg weight in 3 months. I tried so many weight loss ways in outside, this program was best for weight loss and weight strengthen. The trainers are well experienced. Trainer Hari doing good, He manages every one and provide correct follow up and hopeful guide to every one. Every one motivated well, They gave best diet chart and maintain the correct follow up in work out on daily basis. Now I feel very happy, I hope I will reduce more weight. Not only weight they focus on fat loss and BMI as well. Based on daily follow up on what we eat daily. Over all good.

    Joining Harry Fitness and choosing Coach Hari as my trainer was one of the best decisions I made. He is a very positive and non-judgmental person. From the moment I started working out with him, he educated me on how to use body weights efficiently. He diligently developed a customised strength training and HIIT program, and helped in planning my nutrition too. Despite my injury, he is now helping me overcome all the obstacles and puts his 100% effort into his clients by making them feel great and motivated both physically and mentally. Thank you so much coach. You have made a positive difference in my life and gave me the strength to take the next steps towards by goal. 🙏🏻 Every member gets a monthly InBody scan to check your progress, and access to a bunch of great classes including strength classes, stretching, and have variety of cardio methods as well! Plus all the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The flexibility in the WFH are all A+ it's super, welcoming and convenient. Makes me genuinely look forward to working out <3

    One of the best WFH weight loss programmes I have ever come across, Hari brother is a great man who encourages and gives you proper guidance about how your food intake should be and how often you should exercise and train your body to stay fit, best one in the business

    I’ve joined this WFH program 2 months before and worked out in the morning hours for the 2 months, Starting New year I've changed the timings to noon. I must say that the choice is very valid as the support I'm getting now from my trainer "HARI" is phenomenal, who knows how to get the best out of me and provided diet plans and carefully adapt each work out to reduce my fat and weight to attain my goals. I am so happy and satisfied with his service I can’t explain in words thankyou so much for HARRY FITNESS.

    This WFH program is a good choice for those who are looking upto become fit and healthy. I seriously feel so grateful that I am a part of the harry fitness family. It's been 2 months now using this program. There are good and experienced diet,workout. I've lost 7kg in 2 months with just homemade food and working out regularly.. There's no rocket science in being fit. My experience says that you just need to be consistent.. I never felt tired or bored, infact I love what I'm doing. In case one feels tired, the key is to take rest and not to quit. Overall HARRY FITNESS (WFH) is a great program I’ve ever used and it's super helpful :)

    Joined Harry Fitness, during first week of February 2022 after hearing lot of good things about it from my friends. Within few days realized that I made a right decision. WFG program is very nice we can attend classes in home or wherever for floor exercises. Best thing happened to me is I got Mr. Hari as my trainer. He has drafted a good weekly schedule based on my current body conditions and my expectation/requirements. He helps me during day to day workouts and pushes me to do better than previous time. Mr. Hari is one of the best asset for Harry Fitness.

    I recently joined Harry Fitness (WFH program) for weight loss. This program contains customized diet and workout schedule. Trainers are very friendly and experience specially (Hari ) gem of a person always encouraging and motivating us to do better and getting best of us. I really satisfied to choose HARRY FITNESS.

    It's been a couple of months u have been with HARRY Fitness and I am pretty impressed with the system and the training provided... My wellness coach HARI - he is extremely friendly, humble and so dedicated in his work .. I really thank him from my bottom of my heart for making me to learn new workouts each and every day ... I could feel changes in me each and every day and my trainer is very keen to achieve my target . One of the best trainer I have ever seen so far... Thanks Mr. Hari...🙂🙂

😠 They don't turn on their air conditioning when you're working out and claim that sweat is good for the work out. It's just a good looking place with bad quality equipment. Legit lost interesting in working out because of these guys. They even have a pointless 'no shorts above the knee' rule. Sad.
