THIS IS MY GENUINE REVIEW. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE VISITING OR ORDERING HERE. Pathetic experience. Although I am not a fan of Junior Kuppanna due to their quantity and price, I decided to give a try and ordered via Swiggy. It took ages to deliver cold food. Briyani has older chicken pieces and looks as if it was left over pieces from a day before. The side dish had only half the quantity than what was ordered. The price of the attached image is ₹450. It hardly had 4-5 pieces. It’s a daylight robbery where they list two variants of the same item (half and full). If you order for full, you still get the quantity for half but you pay for the full price. I am NEVER ordering from this restaurant ever again. I would be happy if this review stopped at least 1 customer from ordering from this outlet specifically.

I would never thought JUNIOR KUPPANNA will be like this. If you want raw meat then the best place to get. They don't even know how to cook a tandoori chicken. Roasted on the outside but RAW MEAT inside. Very worst experience 😔😔

Located near Vandalia. Previously known as honey spice restaurant. Briyani and other cuisines is available here. Had mutton soup and briyani, taste was good. Price was also nominal.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staffs are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.Especially Mr.Sundhar, who guided us in this restaurant was very kind. Lovely service.

Washrooms are not clean, got a baloon pieces in gravy and chicken biryani didn't had chicken pieces unless asked for

please don't waste your money . We have ordered bucket biriyani, they said yes and charged for it. but in return they given in parcelboxes.they could have informed has before billing or before packing but no proper reply , quantity is also not same as bucket biriyani. Chicken65 you can see the picture . Rate is 300 but you can see the quantity. Very worst service . We made complaint to head office . they asked us to share in whatsapp & we have sent , made the call they too accepted stating " sorry sir quantity is less we will check and come back but they didnt pick our call or reply for it till now" what is the use ? only money got wasted

Let me say about this place which I visited today. The ambience was good when I entered the place, me and my friends thought dish will be good. We ordered honey special shawarma plate which was nice we all liked it and thought all other food will be good. But he brought the fish platter the crab was old stock and he took the crab and changed it and then we ordered mutton gravy and the mutton was old stock again. My opposite table ordered briyani and then they returned it because it was not good I guess I don't know the reason why the returned. The chicken gravy was so much sweet and sour. We could not eat it with naan so we added salt and then only we could eat. The customer service was good. Overall you can eat food once here don't go with high expectations and price is medium not that much high as other reviews says. All the best V meet for you to serve good food in the upcoming days.

Food is exceptionally good. Good spread of items in the menu. Every item we ordered was delicious. Service is quick and attentive. The ambience is relaxed. Price is pocket friendly. A variety of cuisines to serve the taste buds of a group and its an awesome place to treat family and friends. We are definitely pleased and will definitely go there again.

first time I gone to this restaurant food and service are good 👍.

Food is okay. But within 45 minutes we saw four to five groups complained about various things such as delay in bringing gravies. Providing sambar for non veg meals, lack of cleanliness on table, not accepting food coupon. Etc. I think we are one of the few tables who not complained. Ha ha. As usual their seeraga sambha mutton biriyani was good. Japan chicken is fine. But quantity is less. I ordered masala kalakki. But received plain one. As nobody cared much, I haven't complained. They can frequently clean toilets. And hand wash bottle was empty. As I already said food is okay. But lot of improvements required in various areas.

Went today and had a good food. Taste was good and we got welcome drink and sweet for all the food that we ordered. Ambience is good.. People who served us were very polite and very much appreciated the way they served us.. Only concern that I had was AC which I literally couldn't feel and I believe it might be because of the huge crowd due to today's Easter holiday. Overall it was good and I would definitely recommend others..

Very beautiful restaurant along with resto bar.The ambience service cleanliness quality atmosphere were highly appreciable. The variety taste quantity and quality of dishes is very tasty and enormous. Wort for money. Offers and combo is superb even if you have briyani you can get unlimited kuska is super offer. Till you feel ok they will provide plain briyani and other supplementry side dishes.

I called to inquire about the availability of food, and the person on the phone assured me that everything, including biryani, was available. However, when I arrived, the same person informed me that only a limited selection was available. Furthermore, upon entering the establishment, I requested hot water for a friend who wasn't feeling well. Despite multiple reminders, it took nearly 40 minutes for them to finally provide the hot water. This experience was disappointing.

Pathetic restaurant to order food. The quantity was so less only 4-5 pieces of chicken were all started but the price was around 300-350 per item. Worst restaurant I have visited ever. Definitely not gonna visit again not recommend to anyone.

At the opening they're treating with kind.. now they've thinking developed and not treating all as equals.. cost is high and bad service bad behaviour only food can't tell how the restaurant will b only the behaviour matters.. even if the food is bad but the behaviour is good we can try once but I had a bad service personally.. more than 10members they took half an hour for asking what do u want..

Very slow. The biryani takeaway quantity was less. Didn't realise until we opened the parcel at home. Poor experience. It doesn't taste as good as other branches. I wouldn't recommend.

Last week I went this restaurant with my friends 5 members. We are all enjoyed with delicious food. Dragon chicken so yummy 😋. Tandoor special platter 11 starters in one platter for 1350 . It's worth. Very excellent service. Thank u so much guys. Keep it up good work.

Food is very bad here. I went to this place on a weekend to have a proper non veg meals. There was no appalam served, rasam not served, sambar was watery, could not find the difference between sambar and rasam, all the gravies tasted the same, spoiled rotten fish was served in the fish gravy. After multiple follow ups, they served appalam with so much oil and the taste of the food is pathetic. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Food was extraordinary….but the service was very slow because of low man power only 1 person was dealing with 5 tables and ac wasn’t working want to improve such things….

We had a dinner with family outing. My father was vegetarian. We had non veg. First we ordered soup taste was average. Ask them to change. Service was very poor as waiter didn't understand completely. They need to take care of that.

Hosting by the staffs was not pleasant and didn’t inform during the order that sides for idly or sambar was present. When requested for the sides they didn’t give proper response and was asked to eat or cancel in a bad tone! First time ever this happened in any of the Jr. KUPPANNA’s ever visited. Standard of Nungambakkam, Kattankulathur or Guindy is not maintained. Very bad experience.

We went there for dinner due my in laws wedding anniversary... We order for mutton briyani, fish finger, chicken lollipop, Kari dosai, Kal dosai, nalli gravy and Gulab Jamun. My kids really loved the Briyani, whereas we liked all the others that was served. Excellent service by Mr Karthik who till end had a cheerful and positive behavior. People like him are needed in all restaurants for their business to boom. He is definitely an asset to Junior Kuppanna.

If you can wait for 2 hours and eat food, you can choose this restaurant. Quantity is worst, service is worst, they are making just 2 biriyani and a starter for 2 hrs. The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Taste is worst .. no words .. you guys can eat here and be there for more than 4 hours. Enjoy.

Worst experience. Date# Nov 8th '23. I went to hotel at 8 p.m. They said, idly, dosa and fried rice only available. All other items not available and they are preparing it and it will take 30 mints.Ordered dosa and fried rice and waited for 45minutes and nothing delivered. Even for cancellation, no one there. Don't know why they opened this restaurant ? Almost 10 to 15 people left without having anything. 5 to 6 swiggy and Zomato guys said they were waiting for 1 hour. The person in the counter said to keep closed board at 8:15 p.m. Change restaurant name to "Don't come, find better restaurant".

Don't bother with the menu. What is the use of kids menu with 20+ listed items when only chicken 65 is available? Even for adults, most of the listed items were blunted as not available. This includes items idly, bun barotta, brain fry, fish fingers and prawns. This was at 8.30pm. Egg omelette took 25 mins to come to thr table. This is a mismanaged corporate restaurant with no overseeing by the so called passionate owners. Poorly managed and run place. Regret choosing this restaurant.

This branch stands for the name junior kuppanna for the taste and service. As usual the food is great, their briyani is too good and especially country chicken varieties are too good. Nothing too compliant about any dishes that all tasted really good. Service is fine no issues. But it is overpriced apart from all good

One of the worst experiences. They had no food varieties. Just the common tiffin items which can be easily made at home. Going to a restaurant for celebration is to enjoy various foods which we won't make in our homes. But junior kuppanna robbed me of this.
