Bad service😏. I called and ordered for a REASON, and was told that my order will be ready for collection after 10- 15 minutes. I arrived there after 15min just so incase I'm early, but I still waited for another 20 min. When I arrived that's when they started preparing my order. I honestly don't know wat is the use for their online and telephone ordering service. It's useless if I still have to wait another 20min to get my order after placing an order for COLLECTION

The service is not up to standard. I went in to the store looking to buy crunchy sharing meal instead I was told that some of the food items crunchy wedge pops a not available but I could hear the cooker telling the waiter mis Francina that the pop are frozen.So combos on the menu are not available cause they are frozen and people a lazy to cook.its sad that we have stores in our near by homes but cannot perform to the best abilities .Now we have to drive far or different locations to order foods that are available just here.do something about this cause you gonna lose customers.i was instead directed to buy the trio family meal.Im honestly not happy with the service.

I ordered Prawns salad take out, however I found out that they gave me hake salad when I got to the office. The salad leaves had wilted. The lady who was a cashier was friendly. The other one who prepared the meal was not nice at all. I love Fish Aways but the service I got from this restaurant was not good.

Very welcoming and good service they give you advice before you buy which is great and gives you time to decide
