The workers were rude and they took time preparing the food. I hated how this other lady told me that i couldn't buy a drink from them.

I ordered telephonic but on arrival to collect I had to join the same que with ppl who are buying that time

Keeps disapointing me when ever I make an order to be delivered. Like getting the wrong flavour, wrong pieces (a chicken breast instead of a chicken leg), and dried up chicken

This place is not student friendly when it comes to prices. This place is really expensive mostly for drinks.

They should improve with their services maybe they are taking advantage because they are mostly serving students.

Provides awesome sitting areas with different "vibes", the place is well looked after, very clean, awesome for unwinding & dining with pool tables to pass time with your friends, you can get about everything you need from the same building

Always packed with mostly 1 opened till,but their service is top,food served warm. 👌

They don't do deliveries and sometimes some items run out of stock during the day and they don't want to replace the missing items with alternative ones

Sometimes thier meat taste boiled not grilled. It does not taste like real Galitos. They close earlier not as written on the site. You wait forever and end up with a wrong or incomplete order. Overall, it jas a poor service delivery.
