The service that we got was extremely bad. We had to wait for almost an hour for only 3 burgers and chips that are not even well fried. I'm so disappointed and feel that I've wasted my money and my time.

My main order was prepared well in good time. The staff could improve on the ice cream service. Caramel was not refilled so she had to go back, get a scrapper spoon, ...., Etc. I was not addressed on this, I had to see all that without any excuse. So my wait for the icecream was equal to the ribs.

Had the worst experience ever. Called and Ordered my food around 18h45, then at 19h00 when I was just arriving there, they called to tell me that they are out of buns and my order will be ready after 30min because they've sent someone to go get them at another steers the next thing I went back at 20h15, when I got there they gave me the wrong order and I told them that this is not what I ordered, they told me to wait another 10min for them to fix it, after 20min was still waiting then I went to the teller to ask for refund cause it all looked like a joke to them. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. You need to strongly check your employee's and how they treat people.

Placed an order waited more than hour no communication nothing! Called to enquire and waited more than 15mins waiting to be assisted and nothing, finally I decided to try and order again, I tried and the lady told me I already have an order placed an hour ago she will check and call me back, I am still waiting 30min later. Tried calling again, guess what? "We are happy to serve you, but due to high call volumes we cannot take your call, please try again in the next 15min"!!!! Poor service!!!

Made an online order at 16h23 on the 28th of Sep 2024 for delivery that was accepted by Ga-Rankuwa store and only received the order more than two hours later. I called the store three times and never got feedback as they'd promised to get back to me. Also called steers head office and never got feedback. The delivery guy called me after a long wait telling me that they were distubed by the weather hence the late delivery. Very poor customer service. I will not bother ordering anything again from them.

Delivery takes over an hour, food is always cold, they never give BBQ sauce packages, sometimes they barely communicate. You're honestly just gambling hoping they actually deliver your food. Edit: I tried my luck again... Still bad. They didn't even deliver and someone called me being very rude.

I waited 2 hours for an order I was supposed to wait 45minutes for, got no updates about what the holdup could be. Called to enquire and the lady told me she'll check and didn't get back to me. Only got help after calling multiple times. Please work on communication and sending peoples orders on time.

This is the worst steers I've ever went to. Staff's attitude is bad and they don't even have customer service. You can wait for more than 1 hour for your meal and they don't even see anything wrong with that. If you ask why is your meal delayed they won't respond you and rather give you attitude. Is it really possible for 1 to wait for a mere milkshake for more than 40 minutes?

Clean in general but they probably need to look into how they can control flies - the place is full of flies! Poor customer service at Fishaways - waited to be serviced while 2 staff members went on with whatever they were doing without even acknowledging me as a customer. 10 minutes or so later, one of them came through to assist and did not even greet or even make any effort to be friendly. The staff here seems completely dejected and uninterested. This place can do way better.
