Im.just from Shell ga-rankuwa zone 4 and has an encounter with the lady by the name of Onkgopotse who resisted with toilet keys saying the past shift didnt leave the keys whereas I was a paying customer and she didnt even bother to assist however. Im so pissed off

The service was great just hated that I had to wait for sometime before they attended me

I didn't like it, I went there driving with my brother in law from Uganda. He drove in and he asked this other lady in polite way where to pressure his tires then the lady responded with an attitude

It's a small garage but beats all the big garages around with fast service

The waiting time is too much,the workers have no sense of urgency,low customer service management

This Shell garage they dont use digital scan(Qr code scan) for Vcards,you have to physically carry a physical card in this day an age where everything is going digital such big chain companies are still holding on to manual
