If i could give you 0/ - 10 i would, highly unprofessional personnel, serving me a triple decker that's not fresh. The employees there swapped pizzas, did not even give me a slip for my order, knowing very well they are gonna serve me an old and stale pizza, they labeled the order as "Tshepo ", upon my enquiry they said "Tshepo is the name of the slip that didn't print out during the day", they thought I'm stupid, i wish i knew the owner so he could sort them out real quick. Mxm rubbish service. I'll never buy from them ever again, i wish the owner sees this post, because he's gonna lose customers due to thw incompetence of his stuff .
I phoned the store to place order for delivery at 18:45 today and. I was told to wait between 45 to 60 minutes. After 45 minutes I called to enquire on how far is my order and was told by someone that she will come back to me for feedback on how far is the order on wich she didnt. I phoned again but still no solution of when I am going to get my oder. The service for this branch from Garankuwa is very bad, had the told me I could haver made a plan so that I cannot go to bed hungry. I need feedback from this useless branch as this is not the first time, previously i encountered a problem of getting cold and dry pizza but I never complaint but today I also got the same cold pizza and after two hours, I got it at 20:45
I placed an order at Ga-Rankuwa Fish away at 14:44 they the promised that my order will arrive in 40-45minutes. They only rocked up at 16:04 with my delivery after calling them twice, with No valid reason or explanation. This is extremely poor service...

I had a horrible experience with the staff today. The lady had a bad attitude (Boipelo) and eventually gave me a wrong order. I only noticed this when I got home by the way. I will never set foot in that debonnairs again.
Very poor service. I called to order a cram decker for collection, when i got there i was told that the cram decker costs R244.90 of which i did not order any extras. To my surprise there was a double mozzarella which i didnt order, for argument sake i paid and left hence it was cold and raining not knowing that i took a pizza from yesterday . They warmed up the pizza and it was so dry What a bad experience and a waste of my money
I placed an order and the app just randomly told me that Ponego has delivered my pizza when no one has delivered anything! You guys are such an inconvenience. Your phones are never working and I wasted a lot of airtime trying to sort this out.
They honestly don't even deserve the 1 star. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to use their service.

They don't deserve even the 1 star.Just ordered on the triple pizzas, l feel like l just threw my money away. Sweet and sour rib had just a few pieces of meat and too much sauce....l just paid for the base and the cheese.
On January 14th, I visited this store and ordered two large classic pizzas. As it was my first time at Debonairs, I relied on your staff to guide me through the menu and any available promotions. Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed a “On the Double” deal advertised for the pizzas I had ordered. When I approached the counter to inquire why I was not informed about this offer, the manager informed me that it was my responsibility to ask about promotions. As a new customer, I expected clearer communication regarding available deals, especially since your staff should be well-informed to assist customers effectively. When I requested a refund for the difference due to not being informed about the promotion, I was surprised to hear that it was too late for a refund, despite the store still being open for another hour and fifteen minutes. This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I must admit that if this is indicative of your brand's service standards, I would be hesitant to return in the future. I believe that customer service should prioritise clear communication and support, particularly for new customers.
I ordered a pizza around 16:30 online for collection, I went to collect around 18:40 only to find that my pizza was not made yet. I had to wait again for them to prepare it. This other girl called Porshia was asked to assist but she was busy complaining in a very bad way and I could hear every word she said. That was a very bad service. When I got home the pizza was not even well done because it was prepared out of anger and very fast. I am so pissed about the treatment and the response to this issue. In August I ordered a pizza to be delivered and the order took more that 2 hours.
