This was such a torture. Firstly the room was dirty. I indicated to the staff and owner and nothing was done. The sink had hair as you can see in the picture. There was no towel paper. The sheets had a slept in smell, meaning I didn't get fresh linen. Then when my earring fell under the bed. The amount of dust, lint and dead insect was the nail on the coffin. The conference facilities are fine but the food provided for conferecing is below par. With all this said the biggest downer. Is the attitude of the owner manager. Just an example, twice he asked the waiter to leave us, a group of twelve to serve another table, as I'd we were not customers and we were wasting their time. Twice this happened. The way he talked to staff was condescending and demeaning and was uncomfortable for us as guests. This is the first hospitality place where when we asked for basic hospitality we felt like we're too much. And we were a bother.

The food was HORRIBLE! The owner is rude and just plain nasty. He doesn’t treat his employees well. The rooms were horribly kept, dirty bathrooms. Dirty bedding, and whatever you do, don’t look under the bed…

While this is a gorgeous venue. Owner is very rude and staff reflects it. Food is absolutely Horrendous. The rooms were filthy and had barely been cleaned. Had a horrible experience.

Enjoyed a weekend away for Father's Day. Booked a beautiful, spacious family room that accommodates three children. We enjoyed the boat cruise the most, it was such an adventure! The food is also great. Crocodile Pools is a great place to take a break from city noise!

We did the boat tour (4 adults) & had an amazing time. After the tour, we saw the chalets & my husband and I decided to spend 2 nights there. Everyone, from the owner to every staff member, were super friendly & helpful. A huge shout out to the manager Winnie for making sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay more pleasant. We will definitely be booking in again

The service was good and the location is very private and very secure and It is easy to get to just a 15 minute drive from Game city. The only problem we had was with hot water in the morning, the geysers were not working . Otherwise, the experience was awesome , the food was the highlight for us , compliments go to the 👨‍🍳 🍳 🔥☝🏻🩸👑💎

I visited this place with friends, we had lunch. I liked assorted ice cream. Visitors may enjoy river boat rides. The best ones just before sunset (so those are a bit more expensive -300 pula per adult). This is a place with history. At the reception or at bar by the river you can buy some interesting books about this place and about Botswana

Unfortunately, the manager/supervisor was outwardly disrespectful to our group throughout the weekend. His staff did their best to remedy the situation, and I give my hats off to them.

Beautiful and serene. A well managed establishment; 20km from Gaborone and you are on the bank of the Notwane river where you can take a short but enjoyable cruise. A good birding destination.

One of the most beautiful spots on the great Limpopo River. The owner was AMAZING. Went out of his way to accommodate our extra needs. Food was excellent! A very well run establishment. The best in the area!
