    My Worst experience ever with this idea showroom (Mangalagiri).they don't even willing to convert my post paid connection to prepaid because they want to loot the customers in the form of excess bills ,one middle aged man at counter told me that I have to to take new SIM card for my existing postpaid to pre paid convertion by paying extra amount for new simcard ,that to have to offline 7 to 10 days to new SIM card activation.for god sake i ported number to airtel without offline my number. They don't there for do work.
