Crowd is high, store maintaining with low staff. Order taking too much time. Taste is good.

Chicken was so soft and yummy. Less seating capacity only 20-30 people can sit.

Worst location without safety grill on entrance and they are not following any KFC brand standards . They are uploading wrong information on websites . They do not know how to behave with the customers.Not following any rules and spoiling the international KFC brand value

I have visited so many KFC branches but this is the worst Kfc i have ever visited, irrespective of online order or dine in, the quality of food is below average and the crispy chicken has more oil in it, The ambience is also not so good, We will never get parking here.

This kfc outlet has a spacious dining but a bad service. The staff were well behaved but the order really took more than 30 min to be served. I was really angry as i was already hungry and it took considerably high time to receive my order. Everything else was good but the staff was outnumbered and the time taken didn't please me. U can visit if u r ready to wait for some time.

Good ambience ... attached to Pizza Hut .. sometimes home delivery from KFC app however won't work even from places nearby .. better to order as pickup option to avail offers from the KFC app 😉😋🤗 also, note that the KFC app doesn't allow to use multiple gift cards in a single order neither has ability to accept gift card plus other online form of payments together. Whereas in the store, you can use multiple gift cards plus other payment methods together in same order. In this store, there are some car parking space in the side alley too luckily.

The worst chicken role I have ever had,food doesn't seem to be fresh, and the cafe is very mosquito friendly you can find plenty of them all sizes and varieties free personal music in your ears and free acupuncture treatment to your body

Very bad experience where after consuming chicken burger and other chicken items next day all my family members got throught infections and fever, very very bad experience be careful before taking eating decision. When passed feedback their store manager called and given falls commitments, irrelevant execuses and promises.

Ordered big 12 via zomato for 900 rupees. Got only half the order, zomato chatbot on customer support tells me they wont refund anything. Zomato has become horrible. Never using zomato and kfc again. Thanks for spoiling my evening. I hope many people stop using these thieves.

The ambience is very bad. I seen lot of mosquitoes and floor is also not hygiene. Taste is also not up to the mark. Hand dryer is also not working. Dissatisfied this time

Very bad service. No proper person to take order. We had to wait 20 minutes to take our order after so many requests. They were busy inside. Another 40 min to get our food. Very bad service. So many people complaining the same.

Worst preparation i order hot and crispy they fried chicken pieces in tomato sauce added more chilli powder . Piece also not cooked properly my suggestion is don't visit this outlet. Staff behaviour also not good they were give info with rude behaviour
