Overpriced and highly overhyped place I guess. Tried their ohri special icecream which was mini version of the Titanic and did not regret as we three couldn't finish the mini version of this icecream. Too many flavours added with few nuts , different flavours of jellies and fruits added which makes it bit tough to enjoy any flavour. Total disaster unless you like jellies with nuts with fruits with all kinds of icecreams mixed together. Ordered chole bhature as I was told it's very famous. 220 for one bhatura and a bowl of chole is too much I guess. Not worth the money at all as taste was just ok. Not sure why it's so famous for. Vanilla icecream was good and thats the only thing I liked. Won't recommend this place! :(

Try the chole bhature here. And obviously, the Titanic icecream. Something i wouldn't suggest on your first visit is the crunchy bread rolls because it seems like just a fancier version of every other bread roll you get in bakeries. The customer service here is brilliant. They're super quick and really friendly and always have a smile on their face. Good place to have a quick talk too. Wouldn't be a great place for professional meetups due to the dark ambience, but it isn't bad. It gives off a very calm vibe. I'm an introvert so it totally works. Careful about the diabetes though ;)

Dum Biryani is not like Hyderabadi. Taste was not good. Butter Chicken is good Butter Naan is good Garlic Naan is good Kulcha was also good. Services need improvement 🙋‍♂️ Water and Thump Ups( Cold Drink) prices are equal.

If you are a adventure lover and wanted to discover new theme and great ambience while having meal,Ohri's gufa is your destination. It has a great veriet of delicious cousins. The staff is good and quick in service. The manager is a very good person and he is very professional in his work. He advised for appropriate food and quantity as per guest number and age group. Quantity of food is sufficient in comprising with other restaurants. Atmosphere of gufa is ok but need some more improvement as per theme subject. Gufaa is the first Ohri’s chain of restaurants in Hyderabad and it still hasn’t lost its sheen nor its loyal base. This place is old school, prices are reasonable and the service is really nice. The whole Gufaa theme with Kaante Nahi Kat te types of music takes you back in time. It seems like they are stuck in the 90s. Consistent good food with a unique ambience. Has three different floors with three different themes. Floor 1 - Fast Food Floor 2 - Ming's Court (Chinese cuisine) Floor 3 - Gufaa (Mughlai cuisine) Have personally tried both Chinese and Mughlai and had a great experience with both. Only bad thing I'd say is when it is peak time (like on Saturday dinner), its difficult to find a parking and the restaurant gets very crowded and noisy which spoils the ambience a bit. But if you're a foodie like me, you'll be too busy enjoying the food to even notice it xD

Ambience is great feeling for first time goers. Food is average taste wise. Murgh Tikka is good with well cooked. Qurbani ka meetha is worst, we left it there. No ice cream in it. Lacha paratha was not at all good, it was thick and not roasted properly inside. Service is good. My friend liked the ambiance and it was memorable experience.

Best cave theme restaurant in Hyderabad⛰ . We have booked a table for candle light🕯dinner. The manager Mr.Shajahan 👨🏻 is very friendly🤝& he suggested the best menu 🥘 for us. Staff are very polite towards customers. If you want to experience different theme of dining , sure it will fill your expectations & tummy too! ⭐️ I would rate 10/10 in terms of ambience , hospitality & food .

Gufaa Ohri's Cuisine Court is located in Basheerbagh. This is the first Ohri restaurant. Now they have a chain of restaurants. These are North Indian restaurants. Gufa is on the second floor. Lift facility is there. This is a junglee themed restaurant. The interiors are fashioned like a cave, and very dark. Only the table is lit up. Food is good. There are veg and non-veg dishes available. There is also a variety of icecreams to choose from. During peak hours, you will have to wait for some time to get a table.

Ohri's on Bhasheerbag HAVMOR is the original name and this brings back my most cherished memories of my childhood family life in the year around 1960 and on many occasions my father used to take my family of six to this restaurant and my whole family used be very happy and jump with excitement to visit this place to eat tuty fruity 🍨 icecream with canned 🍓 fruits this was our favourite and chole bhature at that time this restaurant was the only place in Hyderabad to serve mouth watering icecream 🍨 vanilla ice-cream slices was also famous and the name HAVMOR is like HEAVEN to us my two sister's and brother and chole bhature is still my favourite and tall beauty icecream was later introduced and the most famous icecream introduced is LEWINSKY you know some thing can you guess ? THIS is the famous incident that took place in washington DC USA. MONICA LEWINSKY is the name that shook the power corridors search Google so some were around the end of 90's this happened and also US president BILL CLINTON was on his visit to Hyderabad and our ex chief minister of combined state of Andhra Pradesh our far sighted and dynamic leader Shri CHANDRA BABU NAIDU who made the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY happened in Hyderabad and my new favourite icecream was LEWINSKY see the menu so this restaurant is still on top of the chart of my favourites you all will like LEWINSKY or some flavour so enjoy guys see you soon bye 😁🍨🍓👌👍!

Food taste is good, but the quantity was huge. Tried all vegetarian items, like palak, mushroom and naan. Fried rice quantity was enough for 2 people easily. Meanwhile curries are served for 1. Don't understand that logic. Make a note while ordering. Gufaa atmosphere is ok, it's dark and nicely air conditioned. Nothing particular special. No parking space in front, they have Valet Parking although.

The food is very delicious, but the atmosphere is boring and dark. Most of the kids don't like this place.

This place is within an establishment which has Metro express, eatmor, Ming and this. The entrance door (on 2nd floor) makes animal sounds when opened. The ambiance of a gufaa is tried with POP texture of stone and tree trunk on walls. Servings are on very heavy steel plates rimmed with brass and conical steel tumblers with a stand. These things are nowhere close to being believable even when I am ready to play pretend. Service is poor. Free water is available, but servers hesitate to pour more water. Menu is small, but whatever we ordered was good. The place is on a pricy side considering the quality and the portion size.

Oh man! The food was so good. It was really really amazing. Each and every item we tried were so good and delicious. You should definitely visit Ohris and try their special ice creams. You can always visit with your friends and family. This place will never disappoint you. The taste is superb and the service is also amazing.

Captain Susanta, the pepper prawns I recently tried at Ohri's Gufaa were outstanding. The prawns were perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, with a satisfying crunch. The black pepper sauce had just the right level of heat, adding a spicy kick without overwhelming the palate. The balance of flavors was spot-on, and the dish was beautifully presented. Kudos to you and your team at Ohri's Gufaa for delivering such a delightful culinary experience!

Ambience is cave like as the name Gufaa suggests. Not suitable for claustrophobic people. It’s is a confined place with no ventilation. Although you can enjoy the unique ambience for sometime, it gets really suffocating afterwards, especially after you eat. I’m a foodie and I won’t recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious food. The wasn’t great. Disclaimer: tried only vegetarian. However the mocktails were perfect. Can visit once, only to feel the cavemen life.

We've tried their talwar chicken kebab and Mutton biryani. The taste of the Mutton biryani is nit like earlier. Earlier it was delicious but now it is not the same.

The ambience is great, staff was very polite and courteous. If your a vegetarian with not a sweettooh then I would say it's not the place you wana be and waste your money, the food quality was good if your a non-vegetarian this is the right place and if your a non-vegetarian who drinks then you will have a great time with old classic music and the ambience would help you enjoy the Gufaa feeling. Have been visiting this place since it was a single resturant serving only Chola bhatura and Tuti fruity ice cream. It has grown and expanded exponentially. However the taste and flavours remain the same. Awesome place to try out variety of cusines, Especially try out their range of sundaes and ice cream.

Well i have had worst butter chicken here and same was the case with biryani .... Food tastes worst i can say.... Coming to the service this people charged 78 for a water bottle when refuted they said that after a tax the water bottle they provide comes at this rate . Atmosphere as mentioned has a theme of gufaa so may be for children to have different experience they can try but not at all for the food

This restaurant is famous for many years and I have been going since 2009. Awful awful mini to chola bhatura remains the most two things that I order. Go ahead with your family and have fun. At times you need to wait as it's a small restaurant 😞.. but can accommodate 35 people or more...

Had to wait 15 minutes, it was fine, but 5 more minutes just for a menu? Very unexpected thing. Giving menu and serving water are the basic things waiters must know. Quantity of food isn't more, but the taste was good. Environment is good, lights could be a little brighter. Not many options available in the menu for vegetarians. Overall, it was just fine.

I had been to this place before lockdown as well. The ambience has been maintained but what concerned me was the spoons, forks and glasses are placed on the table before we come and guests keep moving around which is not expected in the current scenario. It might a good practice to place them in hot water and supply them as and when required. The water bottle supplied is also charged double the MRP

The food was great, the ambience was good: it was quite dark and really cave-like, but then, that is what you want from a restaurant called "Gufaa". The service, however, was very slow. We went at 9 pm, by the time our dinner finished it was almost 11. As far as the current pandemic goes, the place WAS a little bit more crowded than was comfortable. There was not enough space between two tables. The staff were wearing masks, though, that's a point in their favour! All in all, good ambience, good food, but very slow service - hence only 3 stars.

Chola Bhatura simply awesome. You cannot find the taste anywhere else. But ice-creams have same taste and loads of jellies and fruits filled in any ice cream you order. They just change the arrangement of slices of ice-cream. Not work paying what they charge for ice-creams.

The prices are literally not worth the food. We had ordered both veg and non veg. Though the lighting is dim, it looks good. Mutton sheek kabab is bland. We ordered a paneer majestic kinda starter which was mostly burnt. Fish and mutton both were not at all spicy. Zaffrani ghost biryani was just good. The rotis and bread were obviously good.

One of the few places in Hyderabad which serves the best ice cream sundaes at reasonable prices. The sundaes here are not only innovative but just yummy. I love the "Bulls Eye" sundae here which is actually warm choclate cake with vanilla ice cream and choclate sauce on the top. If you are going with a group of friends or family my suggestion would be to go to the "Titanic" ice cream sundae which is 7 flavours of ice cream. I also tried the chole bhature here and for all the chole bhature fans you should visit this place..the size of the bhatura is huge and the chole is just lip smacking. Given its summers,go visit this place for some ice cream sundaes or just to try their other snacks.

The place still has that old world charm and antique ambience. The food is fresh and served relatively quickly. Service tends to take a while, especially during peak weekends. A great place for an intimate dinner or a large family gathering.

Gufaa is situated on second floor inside Ohri's building. It is a unique restaurant with Gufa theme. Food was good. Service was also good.
