The good: 1. Very clean rooms,linen and toilets. 2. Excellent location. 3. Very polite and helpful staff. The bad: 1. I booked through Bank of India. They advertised complimentary breakfast. I availed it on the check out date. During checkout at 11 am I was handed a food bill. The problem is not with the money as much as it is with their lack of transparency. I was told their check out time was 8 am for bookings through the bank by a lady at the reception and that breakfast was not complementary. Something she did not know was I asked about the check out time and the food cost during check in and was told that it's 24 hour check out(6pm in my case) . It was a pleasant stay spoilt at the end.

Stayed here for 4 days. The rooms were spacious, well decorated & clean toilet. They allowed one hour early check in for us. Staff are good, helpful. We enjoyed the varieties of breakfast offered. The foods were good and it is located in a good position from where one can move to different tourist attractions in Hyderabad easily.

Rooms are very much comfortable and affordable. Everything works fine in the room. Hot water is there, A/C is there, also have a TV connection in the room. very comfy bed. Having an elevator helps to get up and down easily that's great. Rooms are well lit with decorative lighting. Room services are available most of the time, cleaning can be ordered and reception is active 24/7. At the beginning you will think that it's a small hotel. But it has many rooms.

Good Family Friendly Budget Hotel. Rooms were clean and good. Toiletries, Towels and breakfast were good. I recommend this hotel. Drawback is AC was not placed at an appropriate place in the room and hence was not having expected cooling effect. Has to keep the AC at lower temp. to get the cooling effect. Also our driver complaining that lots of mosquitoes in the parking area.

A 2-3 star hotel come resturant. Accommodation were available for all sort of people couples families. a banquet hall were also available in the hotel. A variety of foods were served inside the hotel. Indian South Indian north indian Italian Chinese lot more available here . Valet car parking is available inside the property of hotel. But bit conjugated to flow of vehicles inside and outside. As it a bit issue with the flow of vehicles apart from that it's a hotel were its present in central of the city easy accessibility to bus station,metro station. Autos cabs everything is present within 50mts of the hotel site.

Deluxe room had strong smell of pest control. Inspite of that cockraches can be seen in the room. The room has no window just curtains to give the feeling of window. The television was old and was not working properly. The room service is commendable. Bell boy Mithun is helpful and will take care of guest. The complimentary breakfast is decent. Though the service is good the rooms are higher priced for the facilities.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Totally worth it. The location is also very near to market and metro station.

Excellent rooms 👏.. Food is good with huge qty.. Room Services are on time... Has underground parking. Improvement: -The entrance need to some work apart from that everything is good.. -Some bathroom needs some small rework

Good hotel but immediate maintenance is required. Staff behavior is good. Room service also very good. Good location but the area do not have sufficient eateries which poses very difficulties to the tourists.

Good staff and service, here I tried breakfast which is very tasty and delicious. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There are good deals in goibibo application we get good price for this hotel.

Booked on MMT Points which I think crucial are 1) Hotel location is best ... If you are tourist book it right away as prime tourist spots are nearby 2) Car Parking is available 3) you can book this online on MMT 4) Service is good .... 5) Rooms are not much open so you might feel little tight as my rooms AC was dead... So 4 stars for Ac overall you can get hotel at same price but hygiene somewhere also matters so good overall...

Worst hotel ever visited very bad at room service and there is no response from house keeping

This is Ramakrishna,We had a 16 nights to stayed in 205 and 209, and we are very satisfied with every aspect in the hotel. The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Hotel Boys are changing bed-sheets and Blankets in alternate days manner. It very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes.Boys are deliver the food in a timely manner with out any gap. We would highly recommend that this very good hotel.Thanks to Management to stay over there with out any disturbance for this COVID 19. A Very Special thanks to Vittal Sir.

Good hotel...good function hall...everything is good. Only one thing needs to be improved. It would be great if the hotel management puts some boards or hoardings that suggest the directions to be followed to reach the hotel, outside the streets. It took me 10 minutes to find the hotel. Thus, the management should look into this. Moreover, the hotel is situated in a thin and not easily noticable lane, which makes it quite difficult to identify. Thank You!
