It's a big society with only one good thing is buildings are having good space between them And have many issues it's more than 7 years since people are staying here but club house not yet ready and seems like not going to be ready anytime soon. Lifts are always having issues one or both lifts stop working now and then All residents have to have individual power backup as there is no power backup for flats provided No allocation of parking space everyday some issue with parking space And most importantly no proper roads.

Avoid A1-604, as owner will deduct exorbitant amount when vacating. Bad roads and mismanaged society.

Remote location No proper maintenance and No amenities no club house is built yet NCC is still selling the flats even after so many years
