First of all, thanks to Venkateswara Swamy for showing me a way to cure my long standing varicose veins issues through Dr. Shailesh Kumar Garge garu at Sri Citi Vascular Centre. In our first consultation, doctor Shailesh gaaru suggested few tests and upon validating the test results, suggested Vascular Surgery for my both legs. He is very knowledgeable, yet very simple and down to earth person who talks and guide us. He is very empathetic and answers all our doubts and concerns with great patience. I have joined hospital in the morning and my surgery happened seamlessly at afternoon for an hour and I walked home in the evening. I have to thank nurse Tasneem for her empathy towards treating me pre surgery. The hospital team and insurance team helped me in planning for reimbursement of the surgery for both legs. Thanks to doctor Siddhu and the insurance team for this. Special thanks to Srinivas garu, for all his time and care. Doctor Shailesh sir had taken care of my dad and he explained everything on about the treatment, about the medicines being giving and also test reports which were conducted. Very nice doctor with good experience and listens us very patiently.

Doctors and nurses are good but administration is extremely poor. They will give you an appointment and will still make you wait for hours. I developed fever after taking a treatment and called back the hospital- they hung up on me saying it has nothing to do with their treatment. I emailed hospital to get some guidance on medication but did not get any answers. Took another appointment for the next day and traveled back to hospital in fever -only to hear that doctor is not available- that too after a confirmed appointment.
