Worst service from this vanasthalipuram branch. I have purchased furniture worth 75,000 They given damage products book shelf locks not working, boss table full damaged piece delivered. I have called and informed when delivered for installation, since then continually requesting to replace and arrange good one but the branch manage is bluffing all time we will replace still they did nothing and now they not willing to do.

My name is sama rohith reddy ,bought a sofa from vanasthalipuram branch on 31st dec 2021, worst quality of sofas,i dnt recomend to buy in royal oak , they are cheating people by selling damaged nd worst quality products , no response from the management even after complaining so many times, cheap quality products, they show the product in the showroom, nd send another product, royalty is only in the name not in the product they sell. Defect from their side and instead of solving my problem they frequently calling me to remove this review.

Interms of delivery and communication Royaloak is very poor. No tracking facility!! Poor coordination between them. Communication with customer is not good. Worst experience at store and online customer support. Need to check with quality of Product once they delivered it may take upto 1month to deliver and installations will take 1week as per communication. =================== After 1 week of my review we have received damaged dining table we returned back the table which cost me 70k rupees but no one from store and online is supporting me to get it replaced With new piece. Chairs and table became old and unused. Thanks team!! Its been 1week no one is responding. Wasted my money and time on Royaloak furniture. Please don't waste your money and time. #not recommended #not acceptable =================== Vanasthalipuram Relationship manager is very panctual in login logout scenarios but not interms of customer satisfaction. Technician Gopal and Venu Gopal Chary. Installation process has been done smoothly and with care. Overall it is good. I was really pissed of with the delivery and time they have taken for installation. The Customer care of Royal Oak is worst of worst, they totally ignore customers and cut the call without attending the calls. They have taken 10 days of delayed delivery and 12 days fro installation from the tome of delivery. So overall I got to wait 22 days . Worst service attendance. I had to give 0 rating. But technicians have done the great job hence 3 is more than enough

Till date it is almost 3months That I have purchased ward roof, bed and a cot. It costs almost 1.25L. But the installation of cot and ward roof is worst. Cot is kicking out irritating sound while having a rest on it and ward roof is damaged while installation. I have complained many times to the one who initiated the process from starting. And there is no response from them till now. This is not the correct way to respond to the customers. A very very bad experience with this Royal oak... Suggestion to new customers : Don't expect response or solution from this company after if u purchase any product. Before purchase the treat is different and after purchase their would not be any reponse.

Good collections and the sales team response is good. Coming to the quality and price, I feel the prices are little expensive and there will not be any chance for negotiations as well. The prices offered are final and no regret. In terms of delivery and installation, they can do it in 3-5 days and they will honour it. One disappointing thing is, there is no exchange Or return Once Sold. Even if it is unpacked, they will not take it back. In this regard, I think IKEA is much better in terms of sales and exchange policy.
