In the 2nd floor of Mercure hotel. Came here for breakfast buffet on a Sunday. (Again came here for lunch buffet on Saturday) Breakfast buffet spread was good - Fruit juices, dried fruits, pickled fruits, boiled eggs, Poha, pongal, idly, wada, banana bread, waffles, chocolate donuts, Live counter Omlet & Dosas, parantha & alu bhaju, bread toast, pan cakes with whipped cream and few more items. Staff were courteous & service was quick. Buffet for 4 costed us Rs. 2360 (with taxes). It was a nice dinning experience.

Decent seating area. Good service. Both buffet and à la carte options are available. Food is tasty and prepared fresh. Cheese Masala Omelette was served with potato wedges and charred tomato. Hakka Noodles, Thai Curry and Jasmine rice were very good. Portion size is small. Prices are on high side. Buffet has good spread of fruits and curries, but desserts were average.

This was lunch buffet, Mercure was my most visited place at least monthly once due to my official meetings, Coming to cayenne I love the ambience, this time some Rajasthani theme was going on, food is really good, veg and non veg both, desserts are plenty, make sure u cover all, I’m a food lover that makes me enjoy all varieties, again this might vary from person to person, Parking is good, place is quite calm and good for families or friends gathering, food is also good, have a visit and enjoy ur time 😍

Have been here for a weekend with my school buddies. Though the place is small it looks decent. When it comes to food, overall starters were good that too only chicken and veg, fish starters were pathetic. Main course was average as all the foods are less spicy here. The Ambience is simply A wowww but the varieties over here are some what boring, food is also not good it's not even a below average place to have tasty food and plzz do not try these muffins below they are very bad at taste but the service of the people is wonderful and they are so sweet to each and every customer. Good ambience with nice view at a busy centre. New hotel and restaurant in Hyderabad belonging to Mercure group. Cayenne serves healthy food, but the service leaves much to be desired. If you are hungry or in a hurry, seeking a quick bite, this is not the place you should choose. May be over a period of time this hotel will mature and offer better menu and service to it's clientele.

Beautiful ambience! The buffet had a good range of salads and starters,however the main course had nothing exciting.Biryani was a disappointment.The dessert platter was satisfactory.Veg manchurian and masala kulcha are a must try!!A special mention has to be made about the hospitality - very impressive!!The staff actually make it a point to smile,wish and make sure you have a good meal.A lil overpriced though.

went here for a dinner buffet. I must say that after a long long time we have had a fulfilling evening. Amara is one of the very few 5 star hotel restaurants that has kept up its charm and hospitality post lock down. Over the months we have otherwise been disappointed with most 5 star hotels with their deteriorating quality of food, variety and service on the pretext of lockdown. Kudos to Amara for their exceptional service and warmth. Every person in their team was focused on delighting the customers. The food was delicious and the variety was decent. We had loads of fun!

Very little options in veg and the curries were tasteless and there was only 1 item in veg starters and the main course was not at all good I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a total waste of money and time.

I have visited their buffet place Cayenne, didn't enjoy the spread at all, Sunday i thought would have some good dishes but was not up to the standard I feel, i have seen many guests from other places... How come we are in Hyderabad and there is not a single dish on biryani... Bland sweets and ice cream was Melting... Saving grace was chicken tikka and veg noodles... Service for excellent, food needs to o be improved....

I had visited this restaurant recently the service was very disgusting . Food was very very normal which was not up to the mark of 4 star restaurant. And the staff was not much responsive for the customer at the table and ourselves removed the empty plates aside and no staff was showing hospitality towards us at the table at the time of service and there was issues regarding the valet parking service and I suggest not to prefer this restaurant

All the five star reviews are fake and it's generated over money🥴 Like if we give 5 stars to three links they provide we would earn 150rs for it. Then finally they will ask 3000rs to continue working like this and they will run away with that money and block you in WhatsApp and telegram. My friend is suffering from the loss of 3000rs right now, and he was asked to give this hotel a 5 star!

Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Food was tasty and I particularly enjoyed the mutton curry and rotis made by the chef srisailam. The dessert section was awesome. I enjoyed the chocolate pudding and semiya payasam. On the whole a must visit place with family.

We had a nice evening dinner at Cayenne. Their buffet had a reasonably good spread, the food was very good and Purender made all the difference by customising the experiance for us with his helpful suggestions.

Enjoyed a lovely four course meal at this restaurant, was served by Mr Purender who was extremely helpful and attentive. He suggested the best in house dishes and service was excellent. Shout out to Mr Ganesh, the chef, who prepared the food immaculately.

As a customer and having the membership, I have visited and stayed at multiple properties linked to the Accor group. I'm surprised that such a group has a restaurant like Cayenne. In short, street food is much much better than Cayenne. The food for dinner is not fresh, it appeared like leftovers and tasted stale. Request Accor group to please conduct surprise audit at these restaurants. Sad that I wasted Rs. 5000 for a family meal of four.

The worst experience I ever had in my life it was my birthday as I scene the rating 4.6 I thought it should be good they said they had a very vaste spread of dishes but there was nothing not even a chicken curry for roti and the biryani where our hyd us famous for if you eat it you would feel the worst experience only deserts are good and the ambience other than that all poor and the bar serving also taking a half an hour to get peg of liquor I really had a bad experience

Diner at Cayanne, Mercure hotel., did not expect the food to be that good as usually being a Accor member always go to Novotel, but got to say the food was mush better and also the courtesy service by the staff was very pleasing.. would now come here more often as it’s near my house.. Do try the buffet , the food is fresh and served warm, worth the price you pay ..

TheP ambience of this place is good. Very well maintained and the place is neat. The starters served were great. The main course lacked a bit of punch. However it is a wonderful place for family or team dinner/lunch.

I went for the buffet, and for buffets, this place had a huge selection. It was also well decorated and the staff were quite co-operative. The food had a big variety of different cuisines and it had the largest number of dessert selections I have seen at any buffet

Very nice ambiance with nice lighting and comfortable seating. staff are very courteous and service is good. coming to food part , the buffet spread is really good with mix of Indian and international cuisines . Food is not for people who crave for spicy food. Here food is very pleasant and not over spiced. the Desserts section is nice with all the cake , puddings and tarts and also traditional dish's like chakara pongal.

It is located inside the Mercure hotel in the Banjara hills area and I went there for breakfast. I was staying at the hotel and so the breakfast was complimentary with the stay. Firstly I liked the buffet setup as it was spacious and also the spread was good. I loved its Banana bread, onion dosa, pan cakes with maple syrup and it's yogurts. Also the coffee was really nice but the only dish I disliked was it's fish which was a bit smelly.

All my Sunday mornings start with an amazing breakfast at Cayenne @ Mercure. But it's not just the food that takes me back to this place. It's pleasant and calm ambience is perfect for my day off. The best things about this place among other things is it's STAFF. That's their usp. Especially Ms PRIYA CHETRI (hope I got the spelling right). She is humble .. professional and most importantly sensitive. On many occasions she has gone out of the way to provide a delightful experience. A star in Cayenne's team. Must also mention Ms Arfana. Her dedication to service is impressive. Thank you team Cayenne for your service and hospitality. It's this kind of professionalism that earns loyalty of its customers.

Amazing place

I had the worst food and the worst service experience, for the charges they applied it was not even a 3star standard. Let me start with: We went for a Sunday Brunch to this so called famous restaurant at 1.25 pm, when all the restaurants are busy serving people, this restaurant had all their staff on Lunch Break. Valet Parking: At 1.25pm you would not see a single person near the entrance including the Security guard and the valet person, so you have to find your place and park your vehicle. Restaurant Experience: Next we get in the restaurant and the ambience is for what I gave 1 rating, the whole restaurant was empty except for us and one more table. So we grab a seat then start our buffet and this is were we see that for a 1200/- priced buffet we have 2 veg and non veg starter which is again not worth, when we start our main course all the dishes were Chinese and we had to eat roti with these so called gravy which were all bland in taste. Desert were not even up to the mark not worth. Staff: When we entered the restaurant there was only one staff person and he informed us to get the starter and soup by ourself, but when one of the Celebrity(Mr Kaushal of Big Boss fame) came in then all the staff members poured into the restaurant and served them with Soup and starters on the table. Which was really a worst customer service. Not only this Celebrity but there was one more person who I think is an employee of the restaurant so all the staff were busy taking care of them, and we had to request these staff multiple times for single things. I would never go to this restaurant again and make sure that my friends and family do not visit, if you guys have to visit then make sure that you adjust with the service and food. Note: That I had a bill amount of 5k for 3 people and this the service given. Thank you so much.

Very rarely have I given the five stars to any place in my first visit but I am happy to do so to this place for many good reasons, first up easily accessible with adequate parking, very courteous and professional staff who make your experience worthwhile, although I went at an odd time yet the staff were very courteous and professional and arranged for me their pizza , which I must say was done to perfection, good food and good staff with good service makes this place a must visit and I ended up trying all the pizzas on their menu and each was excellent, I’m definitely going back again if ever time permits.
