The heritage structure of sardar mahal is not under the safe hands. A lot of sufficient parking space is available but not well maintained. There are stains of tobacco and pan every here and there in almost every corner. There is a lot of waiting required as there are very few staff members and a lot of customers. The staff is unable to handle the people properly.

1900: Sardar Mahal in Charminar was built by Nizam VI Mir Mahboob Ali Khan in 1900 for one of his consorts, Sardar Begum. She did not however feel she could relate to the European style architecture and never lived there. Today it is occupied by GHMC.

It's a palace built by Nizam for his wife Saradri Begum. Presently being used by GHMC. The palace has received INTACH Award in past. Beautiful European architectural elements can be seen here walls walls, arches, ceiling etc.

Built by mehboob ali khan (6 th nizam) for his wife /consort. You can go directly into mahal, no one will stop you,(no entry fee) because it is once a government office. sadly it is now being used to park garbage lorries. Great location for such a mahal, very close to Charminar, but neglected by government... Can be used for commercial purpose..

This palace was built in European style by Nizam VI Mir Mahboob Ali Khan in 1900 for one of his consorts Sardar Begum. As Sardar Begum did not like the construction, she never stayed there. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation took over the Sardar Mahal in 1965 due to outstanding property taxes. The palace is to be converted into a museum. It was declared as a heritage building. Very famous "Charminar and Mecca Masjid" is very close to this palace. The Charminar (Four Minarets) is a monument and mosque constructed in 1591.
