    Worst service centre in twin cities. They won't listen to the vehicle problems raised by the costumer. They simply do car service as per their own will and wish. I had given my car with issue of jerks while vehicle is running and accelerating. But, they simply passed the QC checks without finding the actual fault of the vehicle. Costumer service is poor, as we need call the service centre and enquire whether the service has been completed or not. It's simply waste of money and energy with this service centre.

    You can easily find scratches after giving your vehicle for the service here... Staff drives your vehicle very Rashly... Most important don't leave any single belonging in the car, they will steal everything... No proper washing of the vehicle

    Just took my car after service today and this is by far the most worst service ever by tata service centre uppal , i already had 2 bad experiences before with them .. Service center guys damaged my battery and car stopped in middle of busy roads and i faced hell lot of trouble getting home,when i got it checked with battery shop near by they said battery is dead? I donno how come battery got dead immediately after service??Everything was fine before service?Even service expert in uppal service center used jump start to start my vehicle .. Instead of servicing my vehicle why do you create extra problems for customers i don’t understand Did someone replace my battery overnight at service Center? You guys did something wrong and battery got damaged? I need proper explanation .. Resolve my issue at the earliest, i need a new battery asap this is not acceptable at all doing fraud with customers? On top of this battery fraud by you , all the problems still exists : 1.Jerks 2.Pickup 3.Strange sound from backside of car 4.Damaged mirror control buttons dashboard I donno whats wrong with tata service ??you have such well made cars if service is poor what is the use

    It's been a very bad experience in my last 3 years compared to my old vehicle showroom people behaviour and their knowledge and support level!!! This is a very worst experience most of the times! No problem solving ability, doesn't understand or listen customer experience. Tata show room are not made for decent buyers!! If you have good guys to fight for concerns you may go for it!! Overall review against my Tata altroz service and frequent breakdowns!!

    Reception could have been better. Bottled water was available and provided storage for items in the boot that I forgot to remove before reaching the service centre. Service advisor appeared busy on this day. Mechanic who attended has over a decade of experience. The man who is incharge of this facility is very down to earth. Mechanics seemed to be honest and didn't touch the gadget forgotten in the car. Reduced one star in the rating for the following three reasons: 1) Someone associated with this facility (may be junior mechanic from body shop or paint booth) had a mild hit to a customer vehicle parked near delivery area when he zoomed past rashly on his two wheeler transporting some pipe/rod sort of component. 2) Centre could be busy on weekends and wash may not be possible without extended waiting. 3) Lack of readily available spares for older cars.

    Very worst service I have ever seen in my life.... there is a brand name for TATA product but there is no value for TATA authorized service centers. Especially Uppal select cars service was very very poor. No response from the supervisor and advisors. in all the aspects service is very very bad. This feedback I'm giving after several visits and considerations. I thought of giving ZERO rating, But unfortunately I don't find that in the feedback. Poor care, Poor service, Poor customer satisfaction, Poor commitment, Poor responsibility, Poor resolutions.... Will lead to poor deliverables.

    I have send my Tata Hexa vehicle for suspension issue. There were no parts and the service advisor Veera raghavulu adviced that it will take one week to get the parts. After a week Veera raghavulu called us and informed that vehicle is ready and he will get back again after the trial run. He didn’t call back and no response for my call as well. Next day he called and said the he will send the receipt to my WhatsApp number and call me in 2 mins , I got wait for half an hour and called him but to my surprise he rejected my calls. I googled the service Center number and ask them about the status. They also same no proper response. I bought 3 cars from TATA but no more buying in future. I will switch from Tata bcoz of its worst service.i had few other bad experience with them but this is the limit and force me to write a review 😰😰

    Today I have given my Altroz second free services at your uppal services Center, the way you did services is very Ridiculous and first time i felt why i chosen Select as services centre, I have told my advisor that Oil pipe has some issue and it's leaking the oil from that point - Now they cleared the oil which was leaked and now its Leaking from there. - Not sure what they did..? Some Random checks i have infirmed - clutch, Gear about the sound and problem, however same issue same problem im facing now.- no idea what you did...? Washing is done just like that, if I wash at my home I will clean more neatly than you... I have attached some of the pics in an email, due to memory issue i dint upload all the pics its just sample. No idea what would be the meaning of servicing and washing. I heard from one of your team - "free services will be like only" "ఉచిత సేవలు అంటే ఎలానే ఉంటాది సార్" - मुफ़्त सेवाएँ तो वही हैं, श्रीमान Very bad experience with - Select Services Center uppal As per the below reply I have sent email to mentioned email but that email it self not working 😂😂

    Amazing service of my Nexon ev car. I’m coming back for the 3rd service.. and my executive is CH. sai kumar. Sai is an amazing person.. take care of the car very well and solve the issues in one visit itself. Sai is polite , responsive person. EV owners?     After service, there was a paint issue on the left side front door, I assume it was hit by another car door while they were parked at Service center, they didn't even bother to notice it and update me. They ensured to deliver the car after sunset so that I can't notice it at the service center and ask them there itself. It was a very bad experience with this service center.

    it took them 3 days for normal servicing. Everyday i had to go myself to check status of what is going on with my car. Every time they will promise to delivery on same day but that never happens. Will never visit again to this service center. I would suggest others to go for private service, dont waste your time by visiting this center

    service executive doesnt even want to list your issues asked to come to collect car and after i went they said issue is not solved but u can take car and come back tomorrow and give again to fix after argument i left without car complaining to CSRM after 1 hour executive calls and says come and collect car again. craziest service center in the world

    Worst and irresponsible service centre they are taking more time for doing minor repairs also and they are not even lifting the customer phones and their staff are inefficient in handling ev vehicles.on my opinion 1 star ⭐ rating is also more to them.

    I had gotten the first 2 free services here. service is not bad. due to an incident the bumper was changed. as all know bumper is plastic, will be coat2d with color before attach to car. unfortunately, the color of the bumper was not matchee with rest of the car color. would request you guys, keen observarion is required after completion service.

    My Car was repaired by Trupti motors in Bhubaneshwar and they have done all third grade work, but when I raised a complaint with Tata, they coordinated and asked me to visit Select cars UPPAL, they brought my car into the correct shape. I truly appreciate their support and communication through out the process. I am thankful to Mr. T Saravana, Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Ramakrishna. this review is token of my gratitude towards their support and select cars Uppal.

    My car was hit in parking at Banjara hills, next day visited Service center at Uppal, my issue was handled by Mr Raju Bhai ( Service in-charge) he gave me estimate of 10k around and said 3-4 days of time for replacement not denting, i was called same day evening that it was done and u can pick ur car...thanks for quick service support for this issue resolving by tata service centre Uppal

    Very poor response, no sufficient mechanics, no sufficient parking lot , no sufficient waiting hall, some times it took two hours or more time to visit your vehicle , even for minor repair like 15 minutes work they will take more than two to four days.Worshop manager response is almost nil . Even after hours of time he will not come to you. To upgrade break oil they ask more than two days only for checking and week time to fill break oil. Tata management should look after this. Tata car lovers will definitely disappoint with this service centre.

    Pathetic service experience.. This is the worst ever service centre I can go anytime.. Just for someone to come and talk to you, they make you wait for 1 hr.. then to check the issue and give estimation they ask you to leave your car for two days.. why can’t you just check and tell the issue so that we can decide what to do next.. I went for a brake fluid leak issue which was kind of serious as you cannot risk driving when brake is fault.. The reason they give for delay is its Sunday.. if you didnot want to work on Sunday please close the office on Sundays.. why you open on Sundays take salary but won’t work.. The other reason they give is its lunch time.. If it’s lunch time all technicians leave for lunch at a time and keep customers waiting for 1 hr.. After calling and complaining to a manager a person came to check and says after 1 hr technician will come and check.. dude 2 hrs you need to complete lunch and come to customer.. This made me feel I did a mistake buying Tata car.. I will make sure none of my relatives or friends will buy car from Tata ever again by sharing this experience with everyone in all platforms..

    Tata Select Uppal deserves for Zero rating. worst service by the technician. Advisor and technician doesn't listen our problem. They can't even do proper repair for starting fuse problem.they charged around Rs. 3900/- but with in 24 hrs same problem repeated. they unnecessarly repaired self motor instead of check wire shorting.

Time slot provided to me was 9Am and they were on-dot to take in the vehicle and deliver it way ahead of promise time. This one is by far the best i have experience so far with any Brand. Mr.Saravana is a thorough gentleman under who's leadership these exceptional high quality services are being provided. Very very happy yey again and again. Hot Coffee, Clean Waiting n Wash rooms, Clear paperwork & Prompt billing- What else is needed... This is what inspires the confidence to buy a Specific TATA Brand and sail it, not just sticking to sales gimmicks and broken promises that are displayed these days by others. These guys promise and go that extra mile to keep it up too.. Your consistency and attention to details is amazing. Keep up the great work team.

    They needs to work on customer service and needs to train all the staff that how to deal with customers. Even the cycle puncture repair shop on road side is having better customer service then SELECT CARS, UPPAL.

    Approach to the service centre is pathatic, advisor informed me that my vehicle is ready for delivery, but vehicle was not washed when questioned then took for washing, charged me ₹800+ for interior cleaning, it's not worth.

    This is authorised service station for Tata Motors , four wheeler passenger vehicles. Service is reasonably good . They take roughly two days to complete the service and hand over vehicle. ( Provided there is no problem in vehicle and all spare parts are available ) . Pick up and drop facility is not available . Payments accepted through cards and QR code. Cash payment strictly not allowed. I am happy with the quality of service.

    Location opposite gopal busstand west of theatre (srinivas) entrance is narrow. Earlier it's Concorde.. Had faced power cut and had to wait for over 45mibs for pass and billing.. Washing isn't professional, but charge double

    As usual I gave my car Manza for general servicing here on 26-10-2020. With out any parts replacement and oil, only for serve ing they charged me 3258/-. The servicing is so bad that it looks my vehicle returned un touched. The select cars performance spoiled the reputation of TATA motors. I strongly feel bad and not to give at this center for servicing. Very bad servicing.

    2 months back I faced like this problem what was happening in the present time, within the 2 months I faced same problem, service output not good, they were not identify the problem, while I gave car to select motors one month back, car was not started, if we push and through the car, it was started, I told to service centre, they told wiring problem rectified, then I took the car, within the 1 hour my car was not started, I informed to service centre, they were reached my car, checked out but car was not started, we push and through the car, then started, again my car went to service centre, like that problem was occurred, same problem now I am facing, but ##advisor### ##RESPONSE## very good, he gave more guide to me for car, but totally my car was faced problem

    Very nice experience with TATA servicing centre Uppal. Service advisor Mr.Sreedhar is very professional and have good knowledge. He clarified every doubt i have in my driving experience before first servicing. Very happy.

    I did my 1st free service at select cars uppal. The service was not good. I complained about horn and door( driver). Door mechanic opened door and break the fixings( dont know technical term). The door was not closing properly and opening also. Everytime i Open the door its stucking due to negligence of the door mechanic. Frustrating

    I give my brand-new Nexon for my first service in the service centre. Apparently they had me wait for more than an hour just to take over the vehicle for the service and I had to wait and keep asking the receptionist and everyone around for how much long this is gonna. they took seven days of a time to do my first service and minor denting and painting for some scratches. Service dealers in this service centre. Do not have any respect towards the customer and that time they work like they working in some government office. This is a very bad behaviour that I came across with the thata and I regret purchasing a car with this brand where they could not provide a best customer service which is the most priority.

    Not serviced my vehicle properly. No washing done. I was told by Mr. Ahmed that it would take lot of time as more cars are to be serviced. Service reminder keeps on alerting which technician told it can't be removed. I shd reset the reminder when ever I start my car.

    I bought a Harrier. They took extra Payment. Its close to year and still they dont pay. I call theor Sales manager Mr Krishna - Uppal. He always assures cheque which never came. From last month he is not even lifing call. Even if you go to office they just assure but never pay.......

    Service is not good this time. Car washing was not up to the mark. If you know that you will finish the servicing, inform atleast 30 minutes earlier, instead of informing at the end of the day. They lost my wiper cap and they were trying to convince me it was not there when I gave. Avoid giving to Uday. I saw another customer complain about the faulty painting as well. Mehdipatnam service center was better.
