I heard that doctor was good for orthopedic but no use doctor comes late we have to wait for 4 or 5 plus hours by patience...There is no proper management lot of time killing here

Out patients are treated worstly. Have to wait for hours till your turn comes and looks like fish market, no proper system for OPs. The patient has to stand irrespective of his legs condition in front of the doctors... The doctors hardly spend 2 minutes per patient and guide partially in very much hurry to see other patients 😡😡😡

I had a worst experience with this hospital. Yesterday night, I took my kid to this hospital after she fell down and got a swelling at her elbow and was in severe pain. The person at the reception billed me for OP and x-ray, and informed that the doctor will reach the hospital in an hour for OP. We took the x-ray and waited for more than 2.5 hours in the hospital, but the doctor didn't turned up. We finally left the hospital without the OP consultation. The reception and other juniors working in the hospital do not know when the specialist doctors are available. The staff should learn to respect the time of the patients.

It is a worst hospital. I have met with an accident on 11th August 2019. I was rushed to this hospital. They took an X Ray of my foot. But the doctor doesn't knows whether there is a fracture or not. finally said that I am safe.Even he doesn't have the sense of giving a TT. so I got infection too. About after 25days,i went to another hospital due to the recurring pain. They took an enlarged X ray of my foot and confirmed that there are 3 fractures. fake hospital don't believe it.

Medical cost is too expensive. But, Doctors, nurses, hospital staff are too friendly to patient's they treat like their family members.

Horrible service. In the name of Dr. S. Anjaiah some other doctor was treating patients. People were being treated as fools. It's so sad that hospitals tend to forget that they're only service providers and not above anyone. Each patient was not even being given 5 minutes to explain their issues. Fee was expensive. Charges were way too much. I'm posting this review right sitting infront of doctor's office. Utterly disappointed at the service.

Most terrible service I've ever seen. Doctors are not even spending 5 minutes with a patient. After waiting for 3 hours, Dr. Anjaiah asked us to consult Dr. Manga on the matter. We again waited for Dr. Manga for about an hour and she didn't even show up. Had to cancel the appointment. Never have I ever seen such service from a private hospital. Staff didnt even have courtesy to apologise for their terrible service. Never gonna go to that hospital nor gonna suggest it to any other people. Thank you for ruining our day and mood.

Management is very poor, don't tell the exact situation of the patient and gave false message to create panic or hype to the situation of patient. Not respond to the patients questions. Don't reveal splitting of billing related amount with the patient. They requested for around 60000/- and got approval for around 42000/-for 1.5 days( one and half day) for only dengue fever. Only glucose and related injections. Don't reveal platelet count with the patient or their family members even when asked multiple times. Poor infrastructure quality like, fan regulators didn't worked in room 114, flush was not working when gave complaint staff said we are not the one, other staff will look into it but doesn't know to rectify the issue with coordination. Poor staff, try to accommodate in general ward even though they has rooms available. But knows to sip the bills by insurance. Never experienced such a big bill for fever 🤢.... . When a person has insurance while discharge they asked to pay 750/- rupees not sure why????... And not provided any billing split details for what they claimed this amount for....

Worst maintenance inside the hospital. Non medical staff are rude and disrespectful, can't even respond to the patients waiting in the queue. Interaction with the doctor was nice, polite and addressed the queries with patience.

Worst hospital. They cash our health issues very well. If we go with a minor problem they will make it a major issue which is non existent in real. They asked me 10,000/- for a synthetic cast which cost around 300/- to 1000/-which was not needed actually. All the doctors said I had fractured and looted me but in reality i don't have any. I advise you ppl to never visit this hospital.

The service and care from every department of this hospital has been overwhelming. From taking the patient to emergency ward to ICU. Doctors, nurses and the support staff were very supportive and informative. Counselling everyday about the patient's condition and their next step to the situation was very helpful in such tensed moments. And this is the second time we reached out here and never disappointed.
