Customer service is very good at first,but after we pay the bill if any thread attachment is needed,even if we deny that my goldsmith will do it, they say we will do it,make us wait for around 2hrs and cost us 1200rs ,jus for the thread ...Jus want to pull money from customers ...if it costs 1200 jus for a thread,they won't do it without a bill.. And if we deny paying this amount,they try to insult us right away by providing a dirty box to the necklace... They don't value customers after bill is paid whatever the huge amount you pay...if people are looking for a long term jewellery investment relationship with a particular store,this is definitely not the place.... I'm not fond of giving reviews but I'm writing here because other people shouldn't experience this kind of behaviour with mahalaxmi jewellers Secunderabad even after investing a huge amount.... this is a genuine review..

Customer associates are very polite especially Brahmaiah garu, he was one call away and answered all my questions through out the process. I had a 5 month old baby in my lap and just arrived from Sydney to buy a bunch of items for my baby, mom and myself.
