    Worst traveller I have seen. Booked tickets from Hyd-Goa and the bus failed near Khanapur and waited for 5 hrs and no arrangements were made by them. Kids, elderly people suffered without food and toilets is a big problem. I prefer not to go with this travels

    I have booked for Shirdi from Hyderabad. I was late by 5min and the bus was moved even after I called them to wait for 5 more minutes. So I was try to catch the bus in the next stop but the bus attender was telling we couldn’t stop like that even 1min. But most of the we wait long time to onboard the bus because the bus comes late, sometimes more than hours to wait. And the bus was stopped somewhere on highway for sometime without antsy proper reason. No value to customers after paying them.

    Not good. Bus condition is not good. Charging points not available. No drinking water bottle. They stock it but they don't distribute. For food They will stop in a worst places, this is intentional as driver gets commission out of this. Bus is overloaded, people sit at your legs on your seats. This is done simply by driver to get more money. Also bus is not volvo as they claim in the portals.

    I usually never give the ratings to any services. But wanted to mention don't don't ever try this service at any cost. These people will not take care of the customers. And they change the pickup points at last minutes. And in my scenario my bus boarding time is at 11.30 PM but they picked up me at 1:00 AM. When I tried to call the bus driver for bus status he mentioned that they may reach the location at anytime like 2:00 am or 3:00 am like this they are trying to scare the people.if we ask any updates on the travel timings they will say we are not responsible for those things this kind of replies we will be getting.

    comfortable & safest journey during covid-19 period hand sanitizing and thermal scanner is good.my advice is wile boarding bus in point plz maintain social distance.

    It is one of the worst service. Worst service because of so many reasons, pick bus at panjagutta was late, main bus at main point(LB Nagar) didn't come and after the arrival AC was not working. Delay of 4-5 hours. On the bus it was mentioned as 4+ rating, it doesn't deserve 1 also. On top of it, customer care guy is not at all professional.

    Took the hyd goa AC sleeper. Bus facilities are good . But not properly cleaned. Found some leftover wrappers and comb in the berths. The pickup mentioned is 455 and started threatening to leave from 445. The pickup van is nonAC will make u sweat for 2 hrs in the city to reach bus in the outerskirts. Started 1 hr late ,Reached destination 2 hrs late.

    good .. very fast .. wrest service i paid more than 2000/- to reach Ameerpet quickly but this bus loading lemons at kavali and take alore than 1 hr to drop at malakpet so it's taking more than 1 hr late as a result i got 10k loss ... at least if bus driver said it ll take another 1 hr late to start I'll choose alternative to reach my destination. if i ask why stopped just 5 min I'll start .... but after 2 hr also not reached ... see that bus photo on top of that lemon bags

    Not even worth for one star. My son booked a ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad. Date was 20-Oct-2023. Issue 1: When he is was close the pick up point, he got a call to go to different pick up point. Issue 2: When he reached that pick up location, to his shock, the bus was different. Issue 3: He booked individual seat but asked to move to upper sharing birth (ridiculous) Issue 4: In Hyderabad, BHEL was his drop location but he was told, the last stop is KPHB. So he has to take Auto from there. Most of the ratings in Abhi Bus and Red Buses are fake one and do not just rely on those ratings

    Booked bus from thiruvanamalai to Hyderabad and had a very bad experience, choosen a bus with personal tv even high cost but tv is in repair mentioned something about massage chair which i listened for 1st time but nothing in bus. Even bedsheets wat we got are damaged really a bad experience don't choose for long journey

    This travel is overpriced, they ask for review and provide 10% discount and when u book ticket they coat 200% hiked price and provide 10% discount. Poor management tactics. They also call it has dynamic pricing.

    I am travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore on bus no kA01 AE6591. The problems I faced are(Yes, there are many) 1) Location of the boarding point is wrongly mentioned in the message I got. Instead of kinera grand hotel at Shamshabad they mentioned swagath grand 2)The bus was late by 10 mins. I know it's understandable in city traffic 3)The driver of the bus doesn't know the location of the hotel. When I called him to find out where he is he is not sure if he has crossed the boarding point 4) The assistant in the bus didn't bother to show me my seat 5) When I got to my seat someone else was sleeping 😴 on the sleeper berth alloted for me 6) Assistant woke him up but didn't even change the pillow 6) As if that's not enough the a/ c vent closer is broken 7) The seat being in the last berth isn't high enough for me to sit straight. I couldn't sleep because of the broken vent. I couldn't sit as I had to crouch Such a pathetic experience

    I never suggested to ky company to this travel to book again worst of worst ever I seen the lowest tickets prices travels is better then this v kaveri travels worst staff weste od money time every thing worst punctuality bus was struggled to many tones and break down 5 times in 5 hours

    I have booked two tickets from Hyd to Goa, but driver refused to pickup left me without picking up and charged 2600 INR extra money and made me sit in another bus. I have lost total close to 8,000 including all charges. I am gonna take this to Twitter, if my money is not going to get refunded back. Such a worst service you guys are offering.

    Bus from Bengaluru to Hyderabad on 29th Oct broke down number of times. Upon boarding, passengers were immediately told of a bus swap at Ananthapur due to some issues in the bus. Passengers were transferred to another bus after Ananthapur at 2.30 am. Passengers in the other bus were swapped/transferred into this bus on the Highway (wonder why if the 1st bus wasn't functioning properly) ?? This included Women & Children. The replacement bus was even more dirty with passengers having already used the berths. No choice but sleep on these used berths. Continous Technical issues with the bus resulting in bus going very slow and stopping often. Finally reached Lakdikapul at 11.15 am instead of 7.15, 4 hours behind schedule. No water or Toilet break. This is the last time I would travel on Kaveri. Travel at your own risk. Doesn't deserve a Primo Tag either. Pathetic Service.

    Travelled from Shiridi to Hyderabad. Non AC Sleeper.TS 08 UJ 7993 Driver wasting two hr time at midnight waiting for other vkaveri bus . Both drivers are friends. Due to that bus got delayed 5hrs expected to arraval 7am reached at 12pm. Attached other bus pic. Don't choose this travells

    Good journey from hyderabad to chennai 10 to 15 min late pickup from mgbs Bus- bed was extremely good and cushion was soft. Driving was good with no hiccups. Destination was reached in correct time They didn't give intreval or food break in morning as bus reached chennai at 10 am Otherwise journey is good

    I don't really like the experience I had in the bus. The beds are very smaller and uncomfortable. The bus had to be boarded at 1030 pm but it went over 12. I don't prefer to travel since I'm the girl and have to travel alone due to maintenance issue I have waited on road standing for more than 1 and half hour. I request travells to maintain proper time else people will be troubled due to timing issues.

    I was travelling from Vizag to hyderbad on 10th December 2021, met with an accident near Rajahmundry due to driver negiligence. Luckyly none of the passenger got hurt. There is no proper response or alternative bus arrangement, finally we picked other bus with our own expenses and reached Hyderabad . Till date no refund or curtecy call from Travels . When I asked for refund with Vkaveri no proper response from them . Not even a apology... Worst travels I have ever seen. Please do not choose VKaveri travels ...

    This is the way the VKAVERI management is responding for the victim. Very rash driving in prime location near KPHB Metro station,Rude answering to the victim,by looking at the passengers inconvenience did not lodge the complaint and not holding the bus at the accident spot. I requested the management to look after the damage..... waited for the 3 days to rectify the issue . Finally the management answered me to file a case in-spite of having the mistake from their end.

    terrible ,irresponsible and reckless answers about timings and punctuality at boarding point , and no cleanlliness in bus people and driver are chewing gutka in bus, with out mask , even I don’t want to give 1 rating that should go negative And bus arrived after one and half hour despite showing right time in tracking jus for five min drive and halted in many stops as bus is not full to get passengers on the way

    I took this bus several times from Bangalore. There is no difference between AC and non-AC bus. In AC bus some village folks ask to shut the AC & drivers listen them. Remaining people will have to suffocate ( AC bus which is fully covered but no ventilation ;-) ). Bus staff are courteous and supportive. Almost you can get down at any point on the bus enroute. Dropping time is almost maintained.

    Irresponsible and reckless answers about timings and punctuality , and no cleanlliness in bus cleaner and driver are smoking in bus, with out mask. And bus arrived after one onr hr of scheduled time for five min drive and halted in many stops as bus is not full to get passengers on the way like share auto services

    Worst travels ever .. I booked it because there was pickup van close to my place ..worst decision ever .. I was told be there by 9:30 pm which I had to call and confrim it came at almost 10:30 pm thhey dropped at vanasthalipuram 11:30 and bus came at 1:00 .. if it was going to start at 1:00 .. it shud be written on site .. they are fraudss … NEVER EVER BOOK FOR IT!! Adding star just to review…

    Worst service not even worth for single star...I booked bus from hyderabad to gokarna today I.e., 9th dec 2023 Pickup point given in ticket is different from actual pickup point. We roamed on roads to find pickup point as there was no clear instructions.

    I have travelled from Vijayawada to Bangalore in vkaveri travels new bus. The journey is so good. as it is new bus, it looks so good and the journey went very smooth even at speed Breakers. Looks like, the drivers are so experienced. One draw back is, this bus doesn't have dinner halt, which was informed earlier to us.

    I would not mind rating zero as well if there’s an option available. We are shifted in pick up van and dropped in Abids at around 10 but even after two hours the bus did not come to pick up and their incharge Praveen is very irresponsible in handling customers. Please book your travel rightly next time with the good bus company rather. Thanks

    I have traveled in this travels bus on 25th December 2022, This is one of my worst travel….. There are people who want to take a water bottle they said NO. This is one person in bus who said his health is not good and as bus came 10min early he didn’t finish his dinner and requested driver and other 2 person who are there he will get some fruits or tiffin Super answer from the person is:- Bus will not stop, You should have eaten and take other bus why are you eating my brain…many more

    Terrible experience. No proper pickup boarding point keeps on changing and if we ask for information about it no proper response. Rash driving. Took me 2and half an hour to reach the main bus by connecting bus. Un clean bus, Booked last seat 17 worst air conditioning near the engine too hot there also bad smell. It was bumpy ride hangover lasted for 3 days still recovering. Prefer no one to book this travels

    I booked a bus from Chennai to Hyderabad with boarding of 10 PM at Koyambedu. Bus reached on time to the boarding point and made us to wait for 1 hour to board after filling the fuel and finally boarded at 11 PM. The drop point is LB Nagar at 8:20 AM but dropped us at 10:30 before LB Nagar.

    Vkaveri travels doesn't even deserve 1star. Busses are always get delayed and stops in the middle of roads..they don't even come on time to pickup the passengers. No helpline and they don't even bother to support passengers on delays. Don't book the ticket's in vkaveri travels..what a worst travel company. They used to repair the buses at time of journey.

    Worst service.... My dropping location is Vellore but he dropped at outskirts. When I asked why he didn't drop at right location, he said i was calling when Vellore came. How a person can here his voice at 5am in deep sleep. He has to check the passenger list and accordingly he should wake up the passengers. At 5am i was walking on empty roads. Worst and worst service

    Bengaluru Hyderabad travelled on 30 Sep 2022. They ply a Volvo MG Starz. Being in a multi axle bus, I was expecting it to be comfortable hence booked a lower berth. But this company does not maintain its volvo buses. Axles are probably damanged and vibrating hugely. Rash driving and sudden break throughout both the cities. Bus staffs were engaged beating a passenger at Hebbal when he started heated argument not willing to check his luggage. Cleaning is poor. Bus was delayed. Inside Bengaluru it is having so many pick up points eventually it will be delayed. If you are travelling with family or solo avoid VKaveri. It is not worth of travelling.

    It's one of the worst bus services I have come across. The bus which was suppose to reach Goa at 9.15 will reach not before 1. When demanded an explanation in this regards the staff simply says "yeh to roj ka hain". I have paid more than 2000 rupees to reach a particular place in time, and all I get is more than 3 hours delay and "yeh to roj ka hain?"

    They book tickets of super luxury bus at a fare of 2390 and they call us 2 hours before saying that the bus has cancelled they are providing the other bus that us also Ac but when I checked the fare it was 1200 when I called them they said , sir i will get back to you on this and 1 days pasted but no response when I called them again they said the conductor haven't paid u the difference amount ? I said no then they kept my call on hold for 15 mins and disconnect...when I call them again they are listening my voice and disconnecting my calls.

    We booked a bus from hyd to chennai. The driver claims that the bus brakes failed 100km away from chennai. He left us at the starting point of chennai and did not take us to our drop off point. When we asked the management to arrange alternate transport, the driver and staff were abusive and even tried to use violence. When we tried to reach customer care they didn't respond. Worst travels.

    Worst service not even worth for single star...I booked bus from hyderabad to Bangalore....did not recieve message about the bus and driver details..my pickup was @10pm..after calling to customer care several times @10:50 driver called me n telling that he is already late and he cant wait in boarding point for 5 min also.. I missed my bus because of their mistake. @vkaveri travels..Instead of running a travels go n sell peanuts u vl earn more money😡😡

    I have travelled so many buses, i thought morning star is worst 🤢 but it is worsted than any other buses i have travelled till now, after that in worst cases i will travel in morning star but not travel in v kaveri travels instead I will cancel my travel. money waste don't travel. In middle of journey AC Stopped, Thuu💦💦
