The Ratt Dynasty is thought to have constructed Belgaum Fort around 1204 A.D. This fort is among the most popular attractions to visit in Belgaum, also known as Belgavi Fort. With Durga and Ganapati temples at the entryway, the architectural fort combines Chalukyan, Deccan, and Indo-Saracenic art styles, and the Mukhamantaapa’s striking lotus pattern leaves everyone in amazement. Within the fort, there are various Hindu / Jain temples and mosques. Do not forget to include Belgaum Fort in your places to visit in Belgaum. Location: Belgaum Fort Area, Belgaum, Karnataka, 590001

I visit regularly here. The place is said to be Awakened (Jaagrat, ಜಾಗೃತ) And it has come to my experience as well. Feel so devoted when taking the Drshan. The smiling and pleasant blessing face of the goddess makes one to directly connect to the creation n goddess ..
