    Had to make a pitstop in this McDonald’s this morning around 6 AM and these two young ladies were working the entire drive through slow heading to the airport by themselves initially I was like where is the crew and I discovered they were the crew so whoever owns this McDonald’s really need to come in these ladies throw them a few extra dollars a few extra vacation . The commitment and the teamwork was just fantastic. They need people to come and work work work work work.

    Need to train staff better, at least with customer service. Seems non existence these days. The person working drive thru in the morning with the pink hair is not friendly at all. Do people not know basic manners, like please, thank you, excuse me, how are you?, have a good day. It's just getting worse, and this is one of the reasons why I do not do fast food any more. Now to the food, ordered 4 breakfast Burritos and ask for salsa, when they gave me the bag I ask again if they put salsa in the bag, she said yes. I pulled off and parked, checked bag and she gave me one pack of salsa for four Burritos, what a joke. Certainly need a better work force in this country, it is dieing fast.

    CLOSED!! No sign on door. It’s 9:20 am EST Drive thru lined up because people think you are open parking lot full thinking you open. How could not at least post a sign on the door that you are closed! People braving the below zero temps to even walk over from hotels not knowing you were closed. I guess when someone falls on your icy parking lot walking up to the door without a sign it will cost you more than a piece of paper and tape!

    Says 24hrs, but was told by staff that they are closed at midnight. Even though the speaker box says please wait. Update your displayed hours so people don't waste their time!

    I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location, then walked from my hotel to pick it up. Upon arrival, I saw multiple bags of food partially prepared on the counter and multiple packages of fries prepared in the fry bin. After a few minutes, the gentleman in front of me at the pickup area stated to an employee that he had been waiting for the duration of multiple customers orders who ordered after him, that have come and gone, and his still had yet to be made. He only ordered cheeseburgers and fries... He requested a refund and after a few exchanged words with the manager and a few attempts he received it. It was then the staff finally acknowledged me after being there for several minutes at this time. I was informed they did not have the mcflurries available, and they said they could do a partial or full refund. I asked for a partial for the mcflurries they were unable to make, then the manager said they can't because it was a mobile order. That's OK, I'll request online. Then that brings us back to that bag of food partially prepared on the unheated table, yep that was mine. They said it was just waiting for the fries, which yep, you guessed it, have been prepared for several minutes at this point. By the time I was handed the bag, of barely luke warm food, I had been in the restaurant for almost 10 minutes. My plan was to walk back to the hotel and eat, I should have checked what I had in the bag because, not surprisingly, my order was not prepared correctly. I requested a McDouble with no ketchup, no pickles, and no mustard. Only Onions, the only thing left off was onions, rendering it not edible to me. The service was trash, the food wasn't made right, and what was, was NOT fresh. There is a ZERO percent chance I will ever go to this location again.

    Place was mostly clean, but I have realistic expectations when I go for fast food. Food is constant. Got my food luke warm cause I picked a number and expected it to be brought to me or at least call my number loudly...but again realistic expectations.

    They have a ghost crew. Spent 10 minutes at the front mic to give the crewmember a minute, and then drove up to the 1st window and saw her shuffling around like a zombie. Don't waste your time here.

    This location says it's 24 hrs a day, but it's not. Do better Columbus, when you have a late flight come in - it's nice to have at least one option open on airport premises.

    Bad experience went in side and the kid working the counter ignored me and a couple more people and had an un welcomed attitude so i did not ordered inside and went through the car window and when i got my food burguer was poorly built and fries tasted like they havent changed the oil in a while.

    I was sitting at the drive thru window 10 minutes no one responded, I saw people inside, lights on, but no one took my order drove away. It was slow I was only one in line at 6am. Why say 24hrs when it's NOT. this is our world these days. Mediocrity is the new excellence.

    We placed a mobile order and went into the restaurant to pick it up. We waited for 10 minutes before being approached by an employee. She then told us some of the items we ordered were not available and she couldn't give us a refund because we used Mobile order. The restaurant was also dirty and had bugs flying around behind the counter. We left with what food they did have in stock. They incorrectly made our food and all of it was cold. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

    Service is usually excellent there & our meals were good. Fries are always a bright spot; those tiny little golden crunchy sticks of deliciousness are worth the trip any day.

    The people behind the counter were patient and kind but the breakfast potato was so very very greasy. Wow I was amazed how this place had slipped since the last time I was there ... a place to come too as you drive away from the airport and a morning red eye flite... just wanted a predictable breakfast meal before I drove myself all the way home. That didn't work.

    Waited in drive through for 18 minutes to get the most hastily thrown together burgers I have ever ordered. Not sure what the issue was but nobody on staff was equipped to handle it. Woman working drive through stood there either making awkward eye contact or on her phone. Service is gone from bad to worse…

    There was one in particular employee that made our experience great.. Don, not sure if he's a Manger or just everyday worker.. We had service that you'd come to expect from a higher end restaurant.. super friendly and made sure our food was what we hoped for.. my son thought it was nice he asked him what he'd like and if he wanted toppings or not.. usually most people get impatient with kids ordering.. hope he's recognized for his hard work at this location..

    The drive through attendant didn't acknowledge that we pulled up (no one in front of us in line). We said hello multiple times. After waiting patiently and asking once again is anyone there, she finally said "ya, hold on". We sat waiting. Asked again if we'll get waited on. The woman got an attitude and snapped at us.

    Just stopped in after my flight and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my order. Jennifer and Don were really great! Some of the best service I have received at a McDonalds in my life. Food was fresh and well prepared! Thanks so much! We will stop by again!

    Nuggets were not fresh, and the gal at the drive thru didn't say a, word just handed me the food like she didn't want to be there. The fries were hot though.

    The cashier couldn't count to make change. Very sweet girl. I understand people have disabilities, but I believe she should have been supervised or possibly given a different position. I do applaud them for hiring disabled people.
