I
placed
a
mobile
order
for
pickup
at
this
location,
then
walked
from
my
hotel
to
pick
it
up.
Upon
arrival,
I
saw
multiple
bags
of
food
partially
prepared
on
the
counter
and
multiple
packages
of
fries
prepared
in
the
fry
bin.
After
a
few
minutes,
the
gentleman
in
front
of
me
at
the
pickup
area
stated
to
an
employee
that
he
had
been
waiting
for
the
duration
of
multiple
customers
orders
who
ordered
after
him,
that
have
come
and
gone,
and
his
still
had
yet
to
be
made.
He
only
ordered
cheeseburgers
and
fries...
He
requested
a
refund
and
after
a
few
exchanged
words
with
the
manager
and
a
few
attempts
he
received
it.
It
was
then
the
staff
finally
acknowledged
me
after
being
there
for
several
minutes
at
this
time.
I
was
informed
they
did
not
have
the
mcflurries
available,
and
they
said
they
could
do
a
partial
or
full
refund.
I
asked
for
a
partial
for
the
mcflurries
they
were
unable
to
make,
then
the
manager
said
they
can't
because
it
was
a
mobile
order.
That's
OK,
I'll
request
online.
Then
that
brings
us
back
to
that
bag
of
food
partially
prepared
on
the
unheated
table,
yep
that
was
mine.
They
said
it
was
just
waiting
for
the
fries,
which
yep,
you
guessed
it,
have
been
prepared
for
several
minutes
at
this
point.
By
the
time
I
was
handed
the
bag,
of
barely
luke
warm
food,
I
had
been
in
the
restaurant
for
almost
10
minutes.
My
plan
was
to
walk
back
to
the
hotel
and
eat,
I
should
have
checked
what
I
had
in
the
bag
because,
not
surprisingly,
my
order
was
not
prepared
correctly.
I
requested
a
McDouble
with
no
ketchup,
no
pickles,
and
no
mustard.
Only
Onions,
the
only
thing
left
off
was
onions,
rendering
it
not
edible
to
me.
The
service
was
trash,
the
food
wasn't
made
right,
and
what
was,
was
NOT
fresh.
There
is
a
ZERO
percent
chance
I
will
ever
go
to
this
location
again.
