Skylar did an amazing job on giving me the dimensional balayage I was looking for. She was asking me if I wanted money pieces around the face and if I wanted a trim. She also was very honest about if I needed any hair treatments. Didn’t try to sell it if I didn’t need it. Overall had an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend

Peyton is amazing. Been getting my hair colored for 100 years and she’s by far the best. Wish the lobby wasn’t packed full of piles of retail and the front desk gals were able to wait til you get to the desk before yelling at you tho. 🤭

My husband and I travelled down to Dublin from Canada to celebrate my 50th birthday and absolutely everything was fantastic. We were greeted immediately, shown around the facilities and then brought upstairs to prepare for our services. Every staff member was friendly and smiling. My husband had a massage and I had a facial. He came out of his massage probably the most relaxed I've seen him in months. I try to get facials 2x a year and although I haven't had one in a while (due to the pandemic), this was by far one of the best ones I've ever had. I would definitely recommend a day at the Spa at River Ridge and would love to visit again. Thank you for everything - wonderful birthday!

Brooke was great. She asked all the right questions and helped me understand the best products for me and my hair type. Also, when cutting my hair she took her time making sure it was the length and style I wanted. Loved the experience and will visit again soon.

I love The Spa at River Ridge! Morghan did another amazing job. She has been my stylist for a few years now and I always leave feeling great. I spend a few months in Florida every year, but when I need foils or a cut, I head back to Ohio to see Morghan.

Josie did an amazing job on the 90 minute deep tissue massage. She pinpointed spots that needed worked & not just the routine massage. Highly recommend her!!

Amy made me feel very comfortable and explained all the details about the massage before she even started. It was amazing. I wasn’t entirely certain I’d be able to stand up and walk afterwards! A nice comfy couch was the perfect place for me when she was done. 😃

Easy to schedule appointments online. The salon is clean, comfortable and staff are attentive to guests needs. I have had the pleasure of scheduling services with several stylists over the years and have always been pleased with the service. Aime is my go-to for hair. She is super personable and does a fantastic job with my thick hair.

One of the best massages I've ever had! I booked here because my husband had given me a gift card about a year ago and I was having back pain. I had minimal expectations as I had never heard of the place before, but now I don't want to go anywhere else for a massage! Abigail listened to me and was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Leslie was fantastic!!!! She should get a raise!! I had a 90 min facial. She treated my 73 yr old rosacea skin perfectly. The shoulder/shoulder blade/neck massage was such a wonderful surprise. If you want an experienced person who is better than a glass of wine, choose Leslie!

The Spa never disappoints. I went in for a CBD massage and Amy was amazing! She explained things I didn't know and was very professional. It was my first massage and I felt incredibly comfortable. Will be coming back!
