Crumbl
cookies
are
always
delicious
and
decadent,
but
this
location
is
not
quite
up
to
par
and
does
not
heat
up
the
cookies.
They
automatically
do
this
at
other
locations,
and
it's
something
I
have
come
to
expect.
Maybe
I'm
wrong
to
expect
it,
but
I
would
at
least
like
them
to
be
thawed
to
room
temperature
and
not
ice
cold.
That
is
very
much
going
to
affect
the
flavor
and
experience
for
your
customers.
There
is
no
option
to
select
a
preference
when
ordering
online,
and
I
have
never
been
asked
when
ordering
in-person.
It
looks
like
ya'll
have
gone
to
the
forced
customer
ordering
on
a
screen
thing
anyway.
I
ordered
a
pack
of
four
different
cookies.
They
only
heated
two,
and
one
was
more
heated
than
the
other.
Not
sure
what's
going
on
over
there.
I
waited
for
my
order
as
it
was
not
ready
when
I
arrived,
so
tardiness
was
not
the
issue.
The
pumpkin
pie
cookie
was
ice
cold
like
it
had
either
just
been
taken
out
of
the
fridge
or
it
had
been
recently
thawed
from
the
freezer.
When
I
ate
it
at
room
temp
the
next
day,
it
was
absolutely
delicious,
though.
The
cinnamon
cookie
was
also
great
and
tasted
very
much
like
a
cinnamon
roll
with
plenty
of
icing.
The
seasonal
maple
pecan
cookie
was
a
miss.
It
was
really
lacking
and
had
an
excessive
amount
of
little
seed
things
dumped
on
it
and
in
the
box.
It
made
a
horrible
mess
falling
everywhere.
The
red
velvet
cookie
was
not
terrible,
but
it
tasted
like
it
had
almost
been
burned
and
had
way
too
much
cocoa.
Something
went
wrong
in
the
baking
process
of
this
one.
It
did
not
taste
like
red
velvet
and
was
definitely
off.
Usually,
everything
Crumbl
makes
is
outstanding,
but
this
location
seems
off.
I
believe
they
may
be
getting
the
measurements
wrong,
and
the
customer
service
is
lacking.
Aside
from
the
other
issues,
serving
one
customer
four
cookies
of
varying
temperatures
ranging
from
warm
to
ice
cold
can
not
be
normal.
Maybe
there
needs
to
be
a
better
training
program
or
even
floating
employees
like
Starbucks.
When
the
chick
showed
me
the
cookies
to
examine
(like
they
always
do),
it
felt
weird
and
like
she
was
angry/aggressive
with
the
way
she
did
it.
She
didn't
necessarily
do
or
say
anything
in
particular...it
was
the
WAY
she
begrudgingly
said
it
and
the
uncomfortable
amount
of
time
she
left
the
box
open
and
the
way
she
glared
at
me
like
a
sulky
disgruntled
teenager.
What
was
I
supposed
to
do,
sniff
them?
Whip
out
a
magnifying
glass?
Lol.
Guess
I
should've
touched
them
to
see
if
they
were
fresh
outta
the
fridge...
I
was
there
on
the
evening
of
November
21st,
and
I
placed
an
online
order
for
reference.
I
see
I'm
not
the
first
reviewer
to
complain
about
cold
cookies
and
poor
customer
service
at
this
store.
