Worst experience, worse cookies. They have 2 counters, self service order and an order counter. After standing and making eye contact with 6 employee, someone finally came over 3 minutes later. They asked if they could help, I said I wanted to order. They pointed to the self service and I said no, I wanna order here. She flipped the order screen making it face me to put in my own order, then walked away and started talking about me while within not only eye shot but earshot. They didn't understand I did not wanna self order. Why have a counter if they don't service? $4.50 cookie x2, dang I hoped they were good for that price! Nope. Not even a little. Cookie base was dry and flavorless. The icing was forgettable even while eating it. The best part was the cereal pieces I assume came from a box from a grocery store. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I cannot promote this business over any others.

Went at 11pm an hr before close. It was a bit of a wait as it was very busy and only 3 people working. So if you don't want to wait do not go after 9pm. The staff was very friendly and nice. One of the staff went over our cookies with us and verified we were who we were, also told me that they weren't made fast but they were "Made with love." 🤣. Location looks like place where cookies are made. The wait was not unbearable its just if you're wanting to pop in and out the later times aren't best. But overall cookies look delicious and tasted delicious. Definitely will be going back.

Crumbl cookies are always delicious and decadent, but this location is not quite up to par and does not heat up the cookies. They automatically do this at other locations, and it's something I have come to expect. Maybe I'm wrong to expect it, but I would at least like them to be thawed to room temperature and not ice cold. That is very much going to affect the flavor and experience for your customers. There is no option to select a preference when ordering online, and I have never been asked when ordering in-person. It looks like ya'll have gone to the forced customer ordering on a screen thing anyway. I ordered a pack of four different cookies. They only heated two, and one was more heated than the other. Not sure what's going on over there. I waited for my order as it was not ready when I arrived, so tardiness was not the issue. The pumpkin pie cookie was ice cold like it had either just been taken out of the fridge or it had been recently thawed from the freezer. When I ate it at room temp the next day, it was absolutely delicious, though. The cinnamon cookie was also great and tasted very much like a cinnamon roll with plenty of icing. The seasonal maple pecan cookie was a miss. It was really lacking and had an excessive amount of little seed things dumped on it and in the box. It made a horrible mess falling everywhere. The red velvet cookie was not terrible, but it tasted like it had almost been burned and had way too much cocoa. Something went wrong in the baking process of this one. It did not taste like red velvet and was definitely off. Usually, everything Crumbl makes is outstanding, but this location seems off. I believe they may be getting the measurements wrong, and the customer service is lacking. Aside from the other issues, serving one customer four cookies of varying temperatures ranging from warm to ice cold can not be normal. Maybe there needs to be a better training program or even floating employees like Starbucks. When the chick showed me the cookies to examine (like they always do), it felt weird and like she was angry/aggressive with the way she did it. She didn't necessarily do or say anything in particular...it was the WAY she begrudgingly said it and the uncomfortable amount of time she left the box open and the way she glared at me like a sulky disgruntled teenager. What was I supposed to do, sniff them? Whip out a magnifying glass? Lol. Guess I should've touched them to see if they were fresh outta the fridge... I was there on the evening of November 21st, and I placed an online order for reference. I see I'm not the first reviewer to complain about cold cookies and poor customer service at this store.

Not managed well. Placed a pickup order for 3:30pm. It was 35 minutes late, which made me late to the birthday party the cookies were for. Then I get to the little girl's party and two of the cookies were wrong. Should have had a pink sugar and a s'more. What a disappointment. Visibly poor work ethic and decision making at this site. Wouldn't recommend this location and I won't be back.

Delicious mind blowing flavors packed into a cookie! They had Rocky Road, Churro, Cookie Dough (chilled), Choc Chip, Blueberry Cheesecake (chilled), and Fruity Pebbles. At first I was surprised at pricing but the cookies are huge and shareable. I bought a 4pk for around $15 which was super easy to order on the kiosk. We waited maybe 5 min before our cookies were ready to go. Starbucks is right around the corner so this was for sure a treat.

The cookies are FABULOUS. THE CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE chip and some kind of nut was better than my fav the chocolate chip, the regular chocolate chip need just a pinch more flavor. I. LOVE THE PACKAGING. CUTE & FANCY😊
