    Literally made an order online and no one is in the store. Will never order from this location again, it’s either super slow service, poor service or no service at all. Plus I need my money back because I made an online order.

    I always try to come to this Smoothie King location but every time I go there it is a bad experience. The wait is always much longer than the estimate and the staff are unfriendly. For the price the experience should be much better.

    Ryan porterfield has excellent customer service skills, smoothie king this gentleman deserves a pay raise for his efforts. I will be back to enjoy the establishment is clean too!

    I had a great experience at this Smoothie King. The staff is great and the service is quick which is great because I'm always in a hurry. I'm very impressed with the freshness of the fruit in the smoothie bowls. I'm a fan for life!

    Sunday I placed an order online using the smoothie king app. They didn’t have the base for the smoothie bowl. I was never refunded back for the order I didn’t get. I also sent and email to smooth king support team and got no reply.

    Tyhout was very knowledgeable about the different benefits the smoothie my daughter wanted had. He was upbeat and kept a positive attitude. We need workers like him.

    Don't bother ordering through the app. They will make your order after they finish with all the drive thrus. My order was done 30 minutes after the pickup time. Made me late for work.
