    The store is DIRTY. Look at the photos. Tables and floors disgusting. Shameful such a nice store is looking like that.

    I've never felt inclined to write a negative review but guy on register Wes is seriously terrible. A woman in front of me was having trouble ordering because of a language barrier, and instead of trying to help her - Wes kept saying : "What," "I don't know what that is," and was just overall rude. I prefer coming to this Starbucks in the evenings over a drive through because they are so kind, but if I were management I would let this guy go.

    I love Starbucks and this one is not one of my favorite places because it's always very busy, but they make my coffee pretty well every right time.The staff here are super friendly, even when they're super busy! This store is big, with a decent amount of tables and chairs to dine in and patio space for outside seatinf, it does have plenty of space for a small or big group, and offers free WiFi. There's also plenty of parking next door if it's not peak hours, there's street parking available, and mobile ordering for order ahead. They also have a well stocked merchandise shelf, if you ever want their cups, mugs, coffee beans, etc. There are also plenty of places to go get food at nearby and hang out at around the mall. Sometimes their music is a bit loud, along with the sound of people talking and chatting, so be prepared for a busy atmosphere. It gets busy here during peak hours, but otherwise it's a nice place to sit and do work or hang out for a bit.

    I did this Starbucks while out and about with my girlfriend at the time. She hated coffee and wanted to hurry up and make it to our next stop. So I'm glad the service was quick and the people were nice.

    Slowest service I've ever received at any Starbucks. Four people working and one man named Abby making drinks. He seemed to be more focused on being a comedian and handing out stickers. Waited 20 minutes for my beverage and only six people served from the time I placed my ordered till I was served.

    Baristas here are amazing! Gabby, Asiya, Lilly, and Mitchell are always providing top notch quality service every time I come here! They are the reason I keep coming back to this spot, even though this place is understaffed by management, this place would not be running without Baristas like them!

    Slowest service ever! Messed up our order, didn’t acknowledge or apologize! The nitro cold brew was filled up half way and half foam, never had that version before and it wasn’t good. There’s a Starbucks in the Hilton and the Barnes and Noble which had way better service

    So this is probably the Starbucks I go to more often than not. I have never had a truely bad experience. I order ahead on the app most times and just go in to pick it up. Every employee that I've interacted with has been kind and professional. I'm not saying that my order is always perfect but if it's not all I have to do is say something to the employee and it's fixed, no questions asked. It's always a good time in here, and the staff does there best to get out orders quickly and efficiently. The counters are clean and, while it can get a little crowded at morning or on weekends, I'm never waiting super long.

    The best way to make someone’s day is “to be seen.” And the people who work here do just that. I had a great lemon pound cake and white chocolate mocha. I do not regret the calories I will have to walk off. I like this Starbucks. I’m a huge fan of Starbucks, but when they are as nice and friendly as the people were here - I’d want to move next door and become a regular. Sadly, I’m just passing through. But the folks who work here made me happy I popped in.

    Most of the time employees have great attitude and customer service except for having mobiles orders on time, i understand they have a lot of orders but I do order on time so i don’t have to be late for work. Lately I’ve been late to work because i have to wait for my order after order time :(

    Super busy 2 people working and my drink wasn't made correctly. Couldn't see my self getting back in line to request a remake so I just threw it away. Stood in line for 20 mins waiting for drinks to be made. I'll find another Starbucks.

    This is one of my favorite Starbucks! It is in a convenient location outside of the mall. They keep it pretty clean and the staff is always nice. I love the way they make my drinks (they often have ingredients in stock that other Starbucks don’t).

    Very nice- clean, pleasant, I was able to get a seat both times. As this location lacks a drive-through, my drink was ready pretty fast. Found it on the way from a parking lot, so I went on the way to Barnes and Noble, and stopped again to caffeinate before hitting the road.

    Employees were very pleasant. I liked the fact that employee was wiping down tables nice seating out front and some seating out the backdoor.Sad that starbucks was having delivery issues. Every drink i ask for was out of the ingredient. I got a very nice drink through the suggestion of the brirista. Although I don't rember what it was.

    Never in my life have I had an employee at any Starbucks be rude until today. I don't care how busy you are on the inside you don't yell at the customers for standing in line while waiting to get their order taken. I didn't catch the employees name. But until the employee is removed from this store I will never come to this store again.

    This location is always delayed in completing orders and as a delivery driver and former food service worker I often have patience and understanding but this was ridiculous they had 5 on staff and still couldn't get to my order for almost 30min I had time to go back to my car and move it so as to not get a ticket.

    Not the usually service I'm accustomed to at any other Starbucks. I was quite disappointed, I felt like I was at a corner convenient store. The store was dirty, no one greeted you, Noone notified you when your order was ready. You had to go over to the tray and read the receipt taped on the order to see if it's yours.

    My favorite daily ritual is to get my coffee here in the morning. Because I request a complicated order I always appreciate your workers who are kind and patient with me even when you are busy. I have noticed that Gabby, Asiya, Lilly, and Mitchell are especially nice and friendly. I’ll be back tomorrow!!!!

    Terrible service. And they can’t make a simple drink. I order a matcha latte. They didn’t even mixed the matcha powder and milk for me. It taste just like milk. I will never come back to this Starbucks again. I am not paying 4 bucks for milk, which I can get a gallon in giant eagle for 2 bucks.

    The staff have zero sense of urgency when they have a line of cars outside. I just sat in line for 35 minutes, when I arrived at the window one associate just stood at the till doing nothing while the others slowly lumbered around completely unaware of the wait time. Horrible.

    Employee name West doesn't belong the values and principles of Starbucks corporation. This staff doesn't respect customers and argues while they are explaining their concerns and bad experiences. One time West said the F word while there was long line when a customer said he will make complaint to the corporate office. I have been a frequent visitor to this location for more than 12 years but this is my last time. I will take my money where I'm respected and valued as a customer.

    There is one rude staff by the name Wes. This staff doesn’t respect customers specially the frequent visitors that bring revenue to this particular store. This staff doesn’t reflect the values of corporations and creates tention with the customers. The store will loose customers in the presence of this employee.

    Kind of a disappointment, everything of course disrupted @ Starbucks pandemic response. Extremely hard to get in/out of this parking lot. If I was only able to get a beverage there .

    I mean, its Starbucks. That's the good news. No slacking here. Great staff, my drinks are always consistent. Ready for a custom pour over if I ask. Love to grab a coffee here then sit in the town square and hang out.

    The service was really slow. I waited 15 minutes to order and waited an extra 10-15 minutes for my drink. There were only four people in line. They weren't even busy. I wouldn't go to this Starbucks if you're looking to get in and out.

    TURNS AWAY BUSINESS....I stopped by this location since Google stayed they were open until 9 pm. I arrived at the location and the sign stated they were open for mobile orders only. I attempted to order on the app even this I was standing on the sidewalk outside of the store and employees were looking at me. The app states that this location didn’t take mobile orders even tho the store sign stated that was the ONLY way to submit a order. So I opened the door and said that the app wouldn’t let me order. A barista said that the don’t take noble orders after 8:30 pm and they were only open for people to pick up orders that have already been made. I asked “So I can’t order anything?”. The barista said “That is correct.” Awful customer service, lack of common sense on running a business and turned away a paying customer. I will not patronize this location in the future.

    While I am glad to finally have my Starbucks back after renovations, it is very different and not in a good way... they have gone the way of most and removed most of the seats now only 4 tables and really no room to stand..winter and the cold will be interesting... for a 3rd home... its not that great.

    I normally don’t do reviews very often but what happened at this specific location wasn’t great. I did a mobile order and as I walked in the store there was at least 3 people coming up the counter saying their order was wrong. I didn’t hear any apologies from the baristas and it didn’t seem to be so busy so that made me confused. In addition I realized that my drink was wrong as well. I also ordered the eggs and cheddar protein box and it was very frozen, which I would get if it was early in the morning but it’s almost noon… long story short lots of training is needed at this location…
