    I did personal training before attending classes to get more comfortable with the classes as I’m very out of shape. I’ve never felt more empowered and encouraged. I’d HIGHLY recommend. GREAT instructions and instructors. The workouts actually help me gain strength and flexibility along with weightloss. I tell everyone I can about my love of SHED fitness.

    I have been a member of SHED for over a year now! This gym makes me strive to be better mentally & physically. It is by far the hardest HITT workout I attended. SHED has completely transformed my body into what I thought was unattainable for myself. The support of the SHED community is unmatched. I loved surrounding myself around these kind and motivational people I met through SHED. That is why I decided I needed to play a bigger role in SHED and started working the front desk in 2022! Hope to see you there and can’t wait to cheer for you along the way!

    I can't express enough how much SHED has impacted my daily life. The community and instructors inspire me to feel motivated and empowered following each class. It is my favorite form of self-care that leaves me feeling balanced and strong mentally and physically. It is worth the investment for your well-being!

    I started SHED a couple months ago. I initially started because it was one of the few places that had a 5am class. I started with a 2 week trial and then bought more sessions because of how much I enjoy it. I've tried just about every class offered, and had several different instructors. Every class and instructor has been awesome. You can make adjustments as needed. There's no judgement, and there is a ton of support. I can't recommend SHED enough!

    I love going to SHED! As a former DI athlete, I started to get bored going to the gym by myself. Shed is a lot like my college workouts and gets me to really push myself while surrounded by a team!! Would 100% recommend!

    The workouts are amazing and challenging. The staff are always motivating and kind. I've become a regular and couldn't imagine it not being a part of my daily routine. Shed has helped me become a happier and healthier person! Thank you Shed :)

    Lately, I have been thinking a lot about consistency. It's one those sneaky constructs that when lost can subtly cause severe problems. Consistency can mean any number of things and can be seen and experienced in any numbers of ways. Routines are important because there is so much in life that's out of our control and I think we can all agree that the last 3 years have been nothing less than chaotic. But Shed Fitness Columbus has been one of the few consistencies I've had. And for that, I am tremendously grateful. Brittany McCurdy has not only started a gym but she's created a community. One where within the consistency of coming to class, I consistently see a circulation of the same wonderful faces that truly care about me and all of their clients. This is an anchor for me and for many and I believe that's a big part of the survival as a business over the last 3 years. This is an OUTSTANDING accomplishment and a testament to EVERYONE that made Shed a CONSISTENT part of their lives. Congratulations Shed Fitness Columbus on 3 YEARS!!! You've provided safety in a scary world and that's something that matters.

    Started going to this gym at the beginning of July and have loved every class so far! Love the variety between strength and cardio throughout the week. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good butt kicking in the gym!

    I have been a member of several gyms, and SHED is by far the best that I have been a part of. I started before I was pregnant, worked out throughout the entire pregnancy, and postpartum, and the trainers helped me to modify, and pushed me during these times! The classes push me everyday to challenge myself, especially since I have never been a person to enjoy running, and I have loved the progress that I have made since I started! Highly recommend Shed to anyone, at any fitness level!

    Being a member of SHED has been a great experience. The workouts are more varied and interesting than I have experienced at other gyms. And you can go your own pace whether you want to bring the intensity one day or just glad you made it out of bed the next. Theres no judgement and a lot of help from instructors if you need it.

    I have been a member at SHED for a few months now. The classes always vary and are fast paced. I love that we hardly do the same thing twice. The community is friendly and welcoming. This place has been a game changer for my running and I am excited for their upcoming running program this summer.

    Friendly staff, challenging workouts, and a great community! I love the instructor-led class format at SHED. All you have to do is show up and put in the work for 50 minutes. A wonderful small business in Hilliard bringing people together and helping you reach your fitness goals. 💪

    Where do I even begin!! All the trainers are super nice and knowledgeable. Every class is fit for any level, so don’t feel intimidated. I personally love the 30-day membership, there are classes throughout the day to fit anyone schedule. Everyone in class motivates each other! It’s such a great an environment! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

    Shed Fitness is a gym that empowers you and pushes you a little further than you think possible every time. I am a member and I brought my mom with me this past Sunday for Kolleen’s class. My mom couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the class and Kolleen’s energy and her ability to motivate everyone. My mom also loved that she could dance to every song on the playlist…

    Joining SHED Fitness was the best decision I made in my search for a gym. I was looking for a gym that provided structure and accountability. SHED surpassed my expectations more than you could ever know. I got to know the instructors and others taking the same classes who helped me push myself to achieve goals I never thought I could. They provided fun challenges every month, free outdoor classes in the Summer time, along with free educational opportunities i.e. learn about nutrition, proper foot wear, etc. They also offered fun hangouts at the Crooked Can for some Mimosas after a weekend workout. The list goes on but I’ll stop there because you’ll just have to see for yourself!!

    Shed is more than just a fitness studio, it’s a community and the best place to start my days. The instructors get to know you & push you past what you THINK is your limit. They encourage you to step out if your boundaries and cheer you on along the way. Everyday is a complete surprise so it keeps you interested. They also have monthly challenges and often fun events to sign up for. I went from dreading running, to running my first half marathon- thanks to the help and training at Shed. I think it’s important to note that Shed has members of all ages and a great mix of men and woman. You’ll be surrounded by athletes as well as people new to fitness: everyone is welcome :)

    Before Shed I would have never thought I'd enjoy a group fitness class! The intensity of each class is easily manageable depending on what you are looking to accomplish. The trainers are genuine, knowledgeable, and extremely motivating during each class. I always feel comfortable asking questions and attempting new moves.

    Joining SHED has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I was a college athlete who thought I knew how to workout well on my own and did not think I would ever pay for a gym membership....until I tried a free class at SHED. From that first day I was hooked. I'm working out harder and more often than I ever was, I've noticed amazing results after only 6 months and I've developed relationships with a community that is positive, inspiring, and quite frankly kick a$$. I absolutely love going here!

    I have been a member at Shed Fitness for 2 years now. I have been regularly exercising for about 25 years. I am one of the older Shed members. The workouts are perfect for me; lots of variety, and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. At 57 my mind sometimes thinks I can do things I did at 32, but my body tells me otherwise. The instructors take the time and effort to personalize workouts based upon my abilities, and coach me on proper form while still providing a challenging workout. This level of care and attention is not typical of most workout studios. Shed is simply a wonderful group of people and awesome fitness classes!

    SHED Fitness, and all the wonderful instructors, makes working out fun and actually enjoyable! The facility is always spotless, the music is always turned up, and the workouts are never the same. I have truly loved attending classes and have seen true results! I will continue to recommend SHED to all my friends.

    I absolutely LOVE it at SHED! I have tried many fitness classes in the past in which I would dread going to then eventually stop all together. I have always struggled with my fitness and finding a workout that best suited me. Prior to SHED, I was physically and emotionally struggling. SHED has changed all of that for me. I am in my best physical and emotional health that I have been in a long time and that is all thanks to SHED fitness and the community. Not only do the staff members motivate you throughout the workout, but so do the others in the class. I have made some amazing friends along the way as well. The workouts are intense and tough, but so worth it in the end. I am forever grateful for SHED and to be apart of this amazing fitness community!

    SHED Fitness has been one of the few bright spots during this pandemic. Brittany (and all of the instructors) make you feel welcome and don't pressure you to push beyond your limits. They are encouraging and inspire you to get that PR or up your weights! The community at SHED is great as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for circuit workouts that are different every single day.
