I
feel
I
recieved
a
bad
service
unfortunately.
This
was
my
first
time
here
it
started
off
lovely
met
receptionist
who
was
also
the
dental
nurse,
we
went
in
had
a
quick
consultation
xrays
the
usual
and
then
had
a
cleaning
the
nurse
wasnt
able
to
pick
up
the
water
from
my
throat
while
she
suctioned
so
I
kept
having
to
stop
and
swallow
it
during
my
cleaning
as
I
was
choking
on
the
water.
The
cleaning
itself
done
by
the
dentist
was
okay
I
didn't
feel
she
really
got
in
there
and
scrubbed
them
which
is
what
I'd
be
used
to
and
my
preference,
but
that
may
suit
others.
My
biggest
issue
was
that
when
I
paid
for
the
cleaning
at
the
end
I
wasnt
given
a
breakdown
of
the
treatment
plan
recommended
during
the
consultation.
I
would
have
always
gotten
this
at
the
end
of
all
other
dentists
visits
if
recommendations
had
been
given
so
I
was
confused
when
I
didnt
recieve
one.
When
I
requested
one
from
the
receptionist
she
first
said
no
we
don't
do
that.
I
discussed
with
her
that
I
would
need
it
to
help
with
an
idea
of
cost
of
treatment
and
to
stay
on
track
with
remembering
everything
spoken
about,
after
a
bit
of
back
and
forth
she
just
stopped
talking
and
turned
away
from
me
as
another
lady
came
behind
reception,
that
lady
than
said
it
was
no
problem
they
would
email
it
over
later
and
I
was
happy
with
that.
Unfortunately
when
it
came
it
didn't
have
the
information
on
it.
I
emailed
and
requested
again
the
information.
No
response
but
I
did
receive
a
phone
call
from
the
dentist
and
she
talked
me
through
the
consultation
again.
I
asked
would
she
send
an
email
so
I
could
plan
my
budget
for
treatment
and
keep
track
of
it
and
she
told
me
I
didnt
have
an
actual
consultation
she
used
another
word
cant
remember
what
it
was
now
but
I
made
a
point
that
I
had
an
xray
and
discussed
my
dental
treatments
and
that
she
was
going
to
claim
payment
for
that
through
the
prsi
scheme
so
it
didnt
really
matter
what
word
she
changed
it
to
its
still
a
first
time
consultation
she
had
with
me.
She
went
on
to
explain
that
she
hadn't
sent
the
exact
dental
plan
as
I
was
recommended
braces
and
the
prices
could
change
for
the
planned
treatments
I
was
to
get
done
after.
I
explained
I'm
not
looking
for
an
exact
quote
I'm
just
looking
for
the
recommended
treatments
and
an
idea
of
what
their
prices
were
for
it.
It
became
a
very
hostile
phone
call,
for
me
I
couldn't
understand
why
I
had
to
speak
to
three
people
for
a
dental
plan
and
why
they
were
putting
up
such
a
block
on
sending
it.
We
ended
the
phonecall
with
the
dentist
saying
she
would
send
it
but
she
never
did.
Its
been
a
good
few
weeks
now
since
this
happend,
I've
returned
to
my
own
dentist
since
and
dont
plan
on
straying
again.
I
was
made
to
me
feel
very
uncomfortable
here.
My
reason
for
going
here
was
because
I
find
it
hard
to
get
appointments
in
renmore
dental
and
because
I
thought
I
could
use
my
medical
card
to
recieve
a
cleaning
here,
they
dont
offer
a
cleaning
on
the
medical
card
anymore
the
receptionist
informed
me.
I
Dont
like
to
write
this
type
of
review
but
I
was
upset
with
how
I
was
made
to
feel
like
a
nuisance
and
especially
with
how
uncomfortable
the
phonecall
was.
Hopefully
it
can
be
a
teaching
moment
for
all
involved
and
hope
no
one
else
recieves
this
type
of
treatment
in
future.
I
would
hope
I
wasnt
treated
this
way
because
of
needing
to
budget
for
dental
work.
All
the
best.
