Take your child somewhere else. We have completed several seasons of varying sports with this organization and i9 never fails to show how disorganized they are. This past weekend my son didn't get to play at all (despite practicing with one team for an entire hour) because the basketball coaches spent their time bickering over whose team my son was on because they traded players. During the game each coach sent my son back and forth to each other's bench, and then finally simply ignored him. One coach even told my son to, "figure it out." This is one of MANY ways i9 has shown their inefficiency. Some examples are: 1. Poor coaches and coaching (not all, but many) 2. Wrong jersey sizes despite having correct order 3. Scheduling inaccuracies 4. Disorganization with locations and team placement

My son has been in the flag football program for several seasons and, again, we are very disappointed in the league. The management of the flag football program is very poor. First, it seems like it’s run secondarily to the soccer program (apparently their bread and butter) or even the 5 and under t-ball league that we had to move our pregame practice to accommodate. Our fields are always crammed in the corner and are never the right size. The other coaches and I have to re-line the fields all the time. There are only 2 teams, both with 12 kids each. Because of that there is no time to actually teach the kids anything about the game. Since every kid has to play it’s a constant rotation so no kid gets the “feel” of the game or gets to learn fundamentals. It’s only a 5 on 5 game so at any time, 7 kids are always on the sideline and they’re all over the place (try to keep a 10 year old’s attention). “Coaching” consists mostly of just trying to get them to line up correctly and pay attention. The other guy I coach with has never played flag football (or any kind of football) and basically is there to babysit. I’m trying to teach these kids the fundamentals of football and the structure of the game. That’s why I signed up...for my son to learn to play in an organized league. For what they’re doing out there, save the money and just go to the park with neighborhood kids and pick teams. The kid they have refereeing has ZERO idea of the rules or even how to operate a game clock. When you ask the ref the time in the game and he says “I don’t know, about a minute or two...what do you think?” That’s a problem. It’s a real mess out there. After 4 seasons of i9 telling me they’ll improve (and changing ownership 3 times in that span), being dismissed when I bring up my concerns to the owners and the league doing things like “forgetting” to bring medals for our kids, I’ve had enough. Gonna try out Empire Sports or something. I wish I could recommend i9 Sports but I cannot.

First, I would like to say that Coach Art is amazing!! He is the best coach in i9. This one star review pertains to i9 as an organization. There is a lot of bias and unfairness. Currently at a game where a grown man (who is also a referee/staff), is playing goalie against 10 year olds. How is this fair? Not to mention he is friendly with the other referee, which is influencing many decisions. We have had many issues with i9. They are disorganized and clearly show favoritism. Do better!

Do not bother, waste of time and money. My Biggest mistake was thinking they actually cared about what they were doing.

Absolutely the best Youth Sports Leagues in the area. Easy on the family schedule, competitive competition but very fun. 5 stars!
