On this past Saturday night May 4th, near 11:45pm, the female employee started shutting on and off the internet and refusing customers stating the intern keeps going down. She refuse to re add money to accounts of about 40 people and almost got it closed. If it hadnt been for a couple stuborn customers who knew she was lying I would have thought it true. I had a small amount on my account so I logged it succesfully. I then made her add more to mine and continued playing as did others but over then next 2 hours she told atleast 50 more customers trying to play that it was going to crash and she was shutting down. Another customer ignored her and logged on and then won $200+. I feel bad for all the customers who were tricked and the business owner who has this terrible employee costing them thousands of dollars on one of their busiest nights. To the boss lady or whoever called to check while this happened. I heard her lie to you over the phone when you called. Im sure you`ll hear it from others and I suggest you post a contact number before the loser costs you your business. Respond or post a letter at the desk requesting Berserker to contact you. I will try contacting the attorny that wrote your articles of incorparation. I be happy to confront your employee with you present.

The last review nailed it and I know who he is. We went to school together long ago and he's right. Unfortunately I encouraged my wife to have her two friends and their husbands stop by after drinks and the older white lady told us exactly the same thing. I saw others playing and thought how can they be playing if the internet is down? I asked her and she said they were playing out the rest of their money and would be done soon. I saw one of them had hundreds on the machine and was only betting under a dollar at a time. No way they were just playing it out. My wife's guests and I had talked and had all intended to put $50 on each that night. I know it's not a fortune but it's $300 we would have ended up leaving there after a hour or so of fun. I really hope she's not there the next time we head that way cause if she is my wife. If there was a number to call I would have been happy to call. She's costing you money cause she's probably done it more than once.

That person Erricka should never be allowed to work with the public. He/she is so rude and frustrated when you ask for a cash out.,if this is such a bother then allow the customer to cash themselves out

The machines are tight. It wasn't very busy. The hostess was very nice

This place is great! Clean, free drink machines and $20 for $20 on Sunday and Wednesday’s. I love it!

Sweet lady who works there. Very helpful and had a great attitude. Lots of machines to choose from!

If the wifey allows me to I will definitely be back had a great time

Don’t waste your time or gas to go there, not sure what time they close, myself and 7 others drove there because the we read they were open 24 hours. Bummer
