Great doctor was a 2nd opinion after dealing with a quack, Dr Melzer is very thorough and great bed side manner, listen to you and your concerns. He doesn't dismiss your concerns nor talk over you. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The ENT doctor and staff ⚕️ are amazing very friendly and professional. I was running late to my appointment because it was my first time being there but I called and told them I was having trouble finding the office, the office staff lead me in the right, direction . And the doctor was very polite even though I was late he took me right on in within 10 minutes of me getting there everything was explained to me about what was going on with my ear. l highly recommend this practice ☺️.
