Excellent Brazilian style restaurant with unique salad bar and fantastic fire grilled meat service. The lunch is very reasonable with the salad bar. The wait staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. He don't miss restaurant on Merritt Island.

OMG!!! This was one of the most amazing meals of my life. The service was phenomenal. Yet it was nothing compared to the food. Everything was absolutely delicious. After filling up on the salad bar and huge amount of meat ( which was cooked to perfection) he told us about a desert that I just had to try. It was a grilled slice of pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel. It was phenomenal!!!

Real natural charcoal!! Wow this guy's know that they're doing, excellent taste of the meat, service was good , the place is clean and I really like how is decorated by Brito !! (Brazil) artist great choice, suggestions: I didn't see Farofa , stroganoff . I 100% recommend this place

Cheese bread ohh so good!! Salad bar with a taco bar to boot!! The variety of meats on skewers coming to your table are wonderful! Several cuts of beef, chicken, house made sausage and much more. Prepared to your liking rare, med, etc… save room for dessert crème brûlée and cheesecake oh my to die for. Grilled pineapple was so juicy!! Thanks for a great dinner! This is a wonderfully orchestrated event on its own!

I visit Brasas frequently and I highly and easily recommend for top quality food, service, and atmosphere. They treat you so warmly and it’s of course fun to watch the food cook. The garlic sirloin, parmigiana pork, honey glazed ham, well, all of the meats are outstanding. The lamb is outstanding too for those who partake. The salad bar has great selections and don’t forget to ask about the soups and any special items on the bar!

Great all around experience for the 4 of us! Everyone found something to eat that they liked. The "salad bar" with hot & cold, & soups, had a great selection. You could make a nice meal just from that!

Awesome! Easy going, well laid out well maintained little restaurant. The owner, Eddie takes pride in his dishes using old family recipes. He took time to stop by the table to make sure we were enjoying the food and to ask if we needed anything? We were well cared for by our waitress Emily! She explained the lunch process ( you can do just the hot/cold bar at lunch, add the choice of single meats or Rodizio style). We chose just the hot/cold bar! It had an amazing variety of choices and everything was presented well. We are traveling, but we hope to have the opportunity to visit Brasas Grill again before leaving the area.

At Lunch here today with the Direct Metal Roofing Crew and it was delicious! The food was delicious, the salad bar was clean and everything was fresh. The meats were mouth-watering. Service was great as well. Such a great experience I'm coming back with my family very soon

Prime rib sliders are amazing! Nachos are on point, with a side of BBQ sauce. Of course the meats are phenomenal. And on Fridays from 4:30pm - 6pm they have awesome drink specials including $1 beers and $3 pitchers! I absolutely love this place! Great for keto to. 😊

Came for their lunch special, their burger is amazing and their ribs are absolutely delicious.

The food was very good. It was an expirence like no other. It was pricey but the best steak I have had. The chicken was very good. We plan on going back!

Meat was out of this world delicious! Salad bar/ side options were plentiful with multiple choices available. Our server was attentive and friendly. The owner was cooking and delivering all of the meats, and made sure to check on us a few times and make sure we were happy with our time there that evening. Overall great experience!

My first time at this restaurant was for the Thanksgiving brunch. It was outstanding in every way. Wonderful food and the nicest servers ever. I will definitely be back!

Amazing!! The food was sooo delicious!! The service was also amazing!! The team works together to create an environment where guests feel welcome and appreciated. The chef came over to talk to us, explained his technique. We will definitely be going there again. 42.95 each for all you can eat buffet incl. piping hot fresh meat served at your table. Delicious!!

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. The price for what you get is far beyond exceptional. Mouth watering flavor and exceptional cooking. The staff was wonderful and I appreciate the pride the chef had in his work because it was definitely up to par. Thank you so much and I look forward to eating here with my father again!

Delicious food and incredibly attentive staff and servers. Sausage, chicken, flank steak, sirloin, honey ham slices = think slices of fresh meat, not "prepared dishes". Creme Brulee and Grilled Pineapple Vanilla Ice Cream Dessert. We went with a group and had The Full Dinner Rodizio with unlimited cuts of mesquite fire roasted meats served tableside directly from the wood burning fire pit. Impressive salad bar, soups, and cheese bread were included.

Visited Brasas at the new location. Great buffet, the service was awesome, all the meat was seasoned to perfection. The owner was very attentive with us. So happy to see a nice crowd at 5 pm on a Friday. Meat lovers don’t miss out! So good!

A hidden gem. Came to celebrate an anniversary dinner. Service was excellent; food was off the charts!!! Salad bar...yum-o! No pictures to share, too busy filling my belly!

The meat was great and everything was very clean at the salad bar. I loved their rice. The staff was courteous and very attentive in the beginning but after waiting for meat for about 20 minutes and seeing no one being served, we decided we were done. It took another 20 minutes before someone noticed we just wanted our check. Perhaps a little more variety in meat cuts would be great, with according timings. Also, we were given some cheese balls that were supposed to have come out of the oven but it was more like out of the freezer because they were ice cold inside.

We were surprised when we visited for lunch that it was almost empty. Half of us got the salad bar which included hot food and half ordered off the menu. All the food was excellent and the service was very good. There was a lot to offer on the salad bar including hot soups and tacos. This is a hidden gem. We will certainly be back.

Great local version of the typical South American steakhouse. The meat is all amazing and the salad bar has a tremendous selection. Staff is super friendly and the owner Eddie always makes a point to stop by and thank you for coming in. I'd give six stars if I could. My favorite restaurant in Brevard County.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of being the first ones here on a Saturday night and we had such an amazing experience. The food was excellent, the staff were so nice, and overall it was a great time. I cannot recommend the pineapple dessert enough. It was absolutely delicious! We will absolutely be back.

Fantastic meal at Brasas Grill. The salad bar had an interesting selection of green salad, toppings, and dressings. Also in the salad bar were an assortment of vegetables, pastas, hot sides, and soups. The meat selections were great too. All you can eat. I particularly liked the pork and steak. But the sausage and chicken were really good. I want to give a thumbs up to chef/owner Eddie. He greeted us and bid us farewell with equal professionalism and friendliness. Our waitress too, was really nice. She helped to explain the options. We would definitely go again. And the price is totally fair..about $50 for two.

Had never been to a Brazilian Steak House. so it was a new experience. Nice family atmosphere with soft music in the back ground. Salad / sides buffet was very nice, lots of varieties for everyone. The meat choice were very good and all tasted excellent. Had 6 different variations in all. I'm sure there were more, but got full quickly. The price was maybe a tad more than I expected, but if you go with a good appetite, you'll get your monies worth.

Weird thing to find out about a Brazilian steakhouse… but that was the best clam chowder I have ever had. 👀 Everything is fresh, the owner is kind and very involved, and I am definitely returning.
