    10/10 recommend! As an out of state buyer, I cannot express enough how pleasant this car buying experience has been! I appreciated the consistent communication, pressure free environment and honesty from staff! We traded a car and purchased a new one and and i will 100% use them again in the future! We worked with Matt and Gary and they were both extremely kind and knowledgeable. The customer care is unmatched!

    One of the best car buying experiences I've had though it took awhile. My salesman, David Cooper, was delightful. Personable, kind, and not the usual kind of car salesman I've dealt with that works you for as much as they possibly can. He helped my daughter get her payment to a reasonable amount. Would definitely recommend buying here.

    We called about a car we were interested in & told them we were on our way. Dimitry greeted us upon arrival & had the car ready for us. After the test drive we let him know we'd be in touch. Dimitry wasn't pushy & we didn't feel pressured by him whatsoever. We returned the next day to purchase the car. Our experience at this dealership was the best we've ever had! We are extremely happy with our new car & I highly recommend working with Dimitry!

    I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with David Cooper and I recommend connecting with him directly via an appointment if you are thinking of making a purchase at this location. I came in to explore options on my expiring lease. David was upfront from the beginning. He fairly presented our options and was honest in which deal made the most sense, despite the fact he was not going to personally benefit.

    This is only my second time here and service seems to be pretty consistent. The staff are friendly and the wait times and service are much better here than the Lakeland location, so I sacrifice and make the 30 minute drive when my car needs servicing. My only qualm today was as I checked in this morning, the gentleman told me ā€œweā€™ll skip the car wash to save on timeā€ā€¦not giving me the option to decide for myself. In most cases, it wouldnā€™t have been a problem; however, my car was pretty filthy and needed the extra attention so I asked that they do complete the wash. As I was leaving I ā€œinspectedā€ my vehicle; which is normal for me, and noticed that it wasnā€™t cleaned with the same care and meticulousness as the first visit. When I called back to ask if the inside cleaning is included in the wash, I was told that basicallyā€¦it depends on how much time they have and was ā€œremindedā€ that it is a complimentary service. While Iā€™m aware of that and didnā€™t need the reminder, I just feelā€¦if itā€™s not going to be done right or thoroughly, why bother?? Also, while itā€™s considered ā€œcomplimentaryā€, Iā€™m sure itā€™s ā€œcoveredā€ in some form within the $120 price tag for the oil change, labor and/or service charge. Not completely disappointedā€¦just slightly bummed. šŸ˜• *The photos shown below are after the ā€œwashā€ was completed. Also, someone should probably inform staff members that when a customer offers you a form of payment ā€œin handā€ā€¦it should be returned the same way and not placed on the counter. It can be viewed as improper or rude. Thank you.

    It was my first time servicing my car at this location as I was in town for work and needed an oil change. I easily was able to book online and went in the next day. I misplaced the manager and the assistant manager's card so I cannot confirm their names but they were both amazing and offered 5 star service. They immediately greeted me when I arrived and quickly got me set up. They ensured my car was serviced right away and got me taken care of. I was thoroughly explained what was serviced on my car and escorted to my car when the service was complete. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely return anytime I am back in the area. Thank you to the entire team!

    From my first internet inquiry to the day we left with a new car, I was impressed with the quick response time, ease to make an appointment to see the car, and the friendliness and professionalism of our sales person Al. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Our trade in was appraised, we came to an agreement quickly, settled on a price and met with Harris in finance. This is the process I always hated- the endless paperwork, the hard sell extended warranty, etc. This was NOT the case at this dealership! Harris was friendly, professional, and was very articulate with explaining the documents. The high tech process of signing all papers electronically was a dream! He never tried to push any of the extended plans, instead, listened to what WE wanted and made it happen. There was a delay in the down payment being wired and Harris was responsive to my calls, and was great letting me know the payment was received and assured me it wasn't a big deal ( I was stressed over it!) This dealership was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had!! Definitely a happy customer!

    First time bringing my car there for service, very impress with the latest equipment and how quickly they attended me. I waited for my car and it was completed quickly and washed. I definitely will be coming back for the transmission service and coolant change in the next few weeks.

    I feel that the overall dynamic of the team is positive. I appreciate how pleasantly everyone communicates with one another, and in turn the customers. There were a couple instances when I called to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, and the message didn't go through. To clarify, I cancelled an appointment and was told to call back when I'm ready to schedule again, only to be contacted later asking about a "missed appointment."

    I previously was a Chevy person for years. My last purchase at my local Chevy dealer was a nightmare. Countless problems with the vehicle and the service department at the Chevy dealer was an absolute joke. Finally, I had enough of the issues and did some research on Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel. I found the car I wanted and after getting a jump for my Chevy, I drove straight to Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel. They had the car ready out front to test. Seth was my sales rep and he took incredible care. No pressure and worked to get me a deal that worked. They paid off my Chevy, which I still owed $19k. Thatā€™s not even the best partā€¦ After I was satisfied with my deal and signed all of the paperwork, they called me later that night to give me some good news. They told me that because the car I purchased was a loaner, they were offering a special interest rate. They lowered my interest rate by 2.3% and ultimately lowered my monthly payment by $36. They didnā€™t have to do that, but it set the tone for service. Thanks to Seth and the Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel team!

    The overall environment of this location was just comfortable and welcoming. David Cooper was an amazing person to communicate with regarding buying a car. He made sure we understood everything and never seemed annoyed. It was a great experience. Harris Charles also answered all of our questions with ease and took all the time we needed to give explanations. Will definitely recommend this location to people. This location is definitely the one to go to compared to other locations.

    Iā€™d start saying that Iā€™m really impressed with the staff. Ryan, who was the person I worked with, is a very nice person. He clarified all my questions patiently. I also had an issue with the window switch which he took care and went above and beyond to find an appointment to me as soon as possible. While waiting for my service to get completed, I met Larry. Another very nice person. Heā€™s the sales consultant. He explained me the details of the new cars with a smile on his face. We discussed options, price, and even knowing that I wouldnā€™t buy anything at that time as I was only waiting for the service, he spent his time with me to discuss a few things. It may sound ā€œnormal serviceā€ for you. To me, this is what makes the whole difference. The people! Iā€™d definitely do business with them again whenever I need to. I recommend you go to this dealership if youā€™re looking for a service, parts or getting a new car.

    Nick Larry the Sales Consultant, made the process extremely easy in finding the vehicle I wanted, he is very professional and helpful. I was in the dealership for an oil change earlier in the day, and the service staff did an outstanding job! I basically spent the entire day in the dealership, got to know the staff, and bought a new vehicle that I wanted. The Finance Specialist Mr. Harris Charles was great to work with as well. Top marks to the whole team!

    We were very satisfied with our experience. The salesman, Al Castillo, was knowledgeable of the vehicle and worked hard to make the deal. The process was quick and seamless from negotiation through signing the paperwork. Gary, the finance manager, was prepared and thorough.     Stephen, in the Service Department, in the best representative that Volkswagen could have. Although I was not able to get in at another dealership that I have gone to for years, he told me to come in and worked me into the schedule. He was exceptionally kind and efficient. He gave me an estimate amount of time and also kept me informed all I was waiting. I will be returning to Volkswagen and Wesley Chapel for all return business due to his care.

    Craig continues to be a top tier service provider every time I have had to bring my car in (which has been quite frequently lately). He is so patient and kind and empathetic. He asks about my kids and how things are going. At this point we should just invite him to thanksgiving dinner. I always know Iā€™m in good hands when I see Craig.

    We have been searching for a vehicle of really any model but came across this dealership and after a few minutes Scott the owner comes out introduced himself and when WE were ready he put us up with Nick Larry. Nick was very calm and easy to understand us and our needs. Put us in the right vehicle based on our wants and needs gave the right info created trust and value for our purchase. Thank to the help of Joshua Smith we were able to get the trade in value needed to buy our new 2023 atlas.     The sales staff, both Harris Charles and Alvaro Castillo, was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and courteous to a fault. When they discovered that I was a 20-year veteran of the Army, they talked to the dealership owner, who authorized a significant discount on the price of the car. And the finance representative was extremely interesting and gave me a lot of valuable information as we went through the finance process.

    I worked with Josh and Kyler who immediately gave me 100% better customer service than any dealer in my Orlando area and thatā€™s why I drove over an hour and a half out of my way to purchase from them. The entire process from start to finish was super easy even though I was from out of town. I highly recommend Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel to anyone looking to purchase a car, you wonā€™t regret it! Iā€™m super happy with my 2022 Volkswagen Atlas and I recommend anyone in the market looking for a three row SUV to come see them. There isnā€™t a better product or service for your hard earned money.
