recently
had
an
unfortunate
experience
at
the
club
with
their
bouncer,
and
I
must
say
it
was
quite
disappointing.
It
became
evident
to
me
that
the
bouncer
was
not
properly
trained
and
seemed
to
be
unfamiliar
with
the
responsibilities
and
rules
associated
with
his
role.
The
incident
in
question
occurred
when
I
was
having
a
verbal
argument
with
someone
entirely
outside
the
club
premises,
with
no
physical
altercation
whatsoever.
To
my
shock,
the
bouncer
approached
me
from
behind
and
initiated
a
conversation.
However,
instead
of
handling
the
situation
appropriately,
he
proceeded
to
push
me
in
the
face
and
even
resorted
to
using
pepper
spray
on
me
for
no
apparent
reason.
It's
worth
noting
that
this
altercation
took
place
entirely
outside
the
club,
and
there
was
no
justification
for
his
aggressive
actions.
I
was
disturbed
by
the
bouncer's
behavior,
and
I
took
legal
action
by
opening
a
case
against
both
him
and
the
club
for
their
negligence
in
ensuring
the
safety
and
well-being
of
their
patrons.
I
believe
such
actions
should
not
go
unpunished,
especially
when
it's
clear
that
this
bouncer
has
a
history
of
misconduct.
What
surprised
me
even
more
was
the
fact
that
this
bouncer
is
still
employed
at
the
club
despite
his
clear
disregard
for
the
rules
and
his
patrons'
safety.
I
sincerely
hope
that
this
incident
is
thoroughly
investigated,
and
appropriate
measures
are
taken
to
prevent
such
incidents
from
happening
in
the
future.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
with
the
bouncer
at
this
club
was
deeply
disappointing
and
concerning.
It
is
my
hope
that
the
necessary
actions
are
taken
to
address
this
issue
and
ensure
the
safety
and
enjoyment
of
all
patrons
in
the
future.
