Booked a room 4 months ago and I was informed… on the day of arrival that “they have a problem in the room” and they had to transfer me to another hotel. This is just unacceptable and the way they treat customers is below zero. Rude and unprofessional staff wax even laughing when I told them this is not a right way to treat clients. Trust me. Booking.com will be warned. To be avoided by any means.

Very good Hotel. Rooms on 7th floor have great view. Little disadvantage is to shower into the bath tub. In the morning the breakfast buffet has a good variety, although the fried eggs and omelet dish were 3 times cold, although I made some comments on it. The menu card for the dinner has a good variety, all the dishes I have tried are tasting delicious. Together with a good glass of wine. The people are friendly and helpful.

A really nice hotel with modern and big rooms. The view from the room is nice. The breakfast is more than enough and good quality and the variety of dishes in the evening for dinner are amazing.

The expereience was awful, every time i was waiting for food from 30 minutes to 1 hour, and when it comes it is always cold, absolutely catastrophic Rooms are okay and clean, but the air conditioning is not working at night so you wake up in your own sweat

Great location with river view. Next to the park. Especially I would like to say thank you to the mr. Razvan, who know how to provide high level of hospitality. He speaks English very well, polite and friendly.

Air conditioner is working only from 6 am to 12 pm. During the night.... AC is not working. WHY? is a secret for receptionist too. But u have to pay the room before check in. I believe they know why... if is too hot in the room., you go to swim...and forget to comeback !😪

The room and the view were excellent, but more then that, all staff i got in contact with were super nice and helpful. Great great breakfast and great location also :) five stars not 3 :)

A very nice place for accommodation.

I stayed right here for one night. Nice room with all necessities. The hotel has a great view over Danube. The breakfast was very good and diverse and the hotel staff was kind. Recommend!

+Bequeme große Betten +super Lage direkt (eine Straße dazwischen) an der Donaupromenade, Restaurants und Supermärkte (einer hat 24h geöffnet) sind zu Fuß zu erreichen +Klimaanlage +kleiner Kühlschrank +gutes WLAN +Zimmerservice/Reinigung +Sessel mit Tisch -leider nur eine Duschwanne mit schlechter, ungleichmäßiger kleinen Handbrause -wenige Parkplätze, welche belegt sind wenn man gegen 18/19:00 zurück kommt

The only good thing was location, not sure why it's a four star, as the quality of everything is very basic, not even a bottle of water for each day of your stay..... Despite Asking....

Hotel ist sicher eins der Besten hier in Galati.Es ist ein Modernes Hotel mit guten Ausblick auf die Donau.Am Abend treffen sich vor dem Hotel viele freundliche Menschen .Zimmer sind gut, Betten,Bad(Blaue Fliesen )Fernseher (sat),Frühstück alles Prima, Zimmer werden regelmäßig gereinigt, Internet ist gut. Bin zufrieden.Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilft bei kleinen Problemen.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Strong Wi-Fi signal in the room. Good bistro and terrace. Very basic breakfast. The Danube is only 100m away. Rooms have a spectacular view over this river!
