Had a very bad experience, was not at all as expected. Hotel area was not clean, service was very bad...

Too expensive

I go swimming with my little one, the location and the swimming teachers are top 10

While the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean, I would be hard-pushed to give this more than 3 stars, if I am honest. The spa is not open on Sunday and, if it is open at all, they say it is only open from 7-10pm during the week. Breakfast was very sparse, which could have been because the hotel was empty but the size of the serving area didn't look like it would fit much more on there. The restaurant was small and traditionally decorated, which was fine, but also didn't help it to feel like you would expect of a 5-star (or even 4-star) hotel. Having said all of that, if you lower your expectations, it is fine.

- I arrived comfortably aware that the company paid the room before the trip and the staff waited untill check out to tell me that there was a problem with the payment. - I don't use TV but i found it funny that it was smaller than my laptop + Outdoor pool = I just don't see the quality that earned them 5 stars

Be careful scammers!!!! After I cam to hotel I saw price in Euro! But on reception girl said: “sorry we don’t take euro” So I pay by my bank card, because I didn’t have local money! And they take double price!!!!!!!!

Lovely and comfy hotel in Galati, had all amenities one can need. Excellent experience overall , breakfast was diversified and nicely served in swedish buffet style. Rooms were clean, silent and equipped with everything you possibly need. Totally recommend staying here if you're in town! Bonus: they have a Fitness centre and a swimming pool which is definitely worth trying !

We had the new rooms. The place is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent at the first morning, the second morning we were the only vistors and the breakfast was poor. The staff did go a long way for us. I truly recommend this hotel.

Don't go. It used to be a nice place some years ago. But it's up for sale now. Hotel rooms are being sold to become apartments.

Excellent place!Only thing is that i had some issues with the cable and internet,but they fixed it!Food is alright..
