Means the staff here is not interactive and their behaviour is kinda rude and they even don't know how to manage a customer They are always busy gossiping and pay any attention to the problem customer is encountering. I had this minor problem in my charging socket and they said the problem is there with the motherboard and asked to change that so they can charge more. Guys please don't visit there.

I came here for my oppo neckband there was a problem in its mic quality..I tell them about this but guys who were checking it just checked it in one minute by calling with it ..and told me it is working ..we can't take it because it is working and they can't take my bill..I request them that sir I know it is working but there is a problem with its mic clearty when I use it in calling. opposite end person regularly complains me that he can't here me properly...but service center refused to take my bill and gave me reason that there is no problem with it . that was unexpected for me ...so I went to another service center in gujrat they checked it for one day and found a problem with its mic and yesterday I received a replacement of it..

When i went with a complaint on a product he was saying that i came with drama and started murmuring something in hindi to other customer. Without even checking he is telling there is no issue with the product. Teach your staff how to behave. Kindly appoint workers who have minimum manners.
