I went to the dtive thru and ordered 2 nacho bell grande suppremes neither one had cheese the meat was cold no lettuce. There attitude were very poor. I also called the store and was telling the manager it had no cheese and was cold got hung up on while explaining my problem.

They are open until 3 am. But if you get there at 2:50, they will ignore you. The lights will be on everywhere, but you will not be answered. You will pull up to the drive thru, and there will be a guy filling his ice bin right in front if you. You see him, be he is avoiding eye contact. Then he runs away. You honk your horn. No one comes. All the lights are still on, driving away. Good luck getting food.

The service tonight was amazing and very quick! I didn’t realize how close I came to closing until after I had left, but the lady was so kind and didn’t say a word about it.

I stop here once in a while. Couple times in 2017. Once in 2021. Tried it again October 2023. That's four times in six years. Every single time I've been here, the credit card machine is down. I don't understand lol

Don't place a mobile order, you'd be faster walking there from a different city and then ordering at the counter. Definitely not coming here again. Update to 2 stars since they gave me a couple of free taco coupons...

Food was standard Taco Bell, good after a few packs of fire sauce. The drive thru attendant seemed as if she hated her job, and was not friendly. The parking lot and area was in poor condition, but was to be expected for the area. What else is there to say? Not the best and not the worst, I didn't get food poisoning, that's a plus.

We are Taco Bell fans for life but on Tuesday night my supreme burrito was so light it didn’t have hardly any fillings in it. I paid for supreme and there was no sour cream on it. The bean burritos were about half the size of normal. Definitely didn’t get full and it was not worth the money. Very disappointed!

You guys have a pretty great team and I am never unsatisfied with the food on sprinkle Road I come here all the time when I want tacobell!

I ordered 2 hard shell taco Supremes and got soft shell and I wanted to try the steak burrito and I got something resembling a burrito but no red sauce on top so I'm not sure what it was.

Good food and good service. The staff was super friendly and helpful even after they messed up one of the tacos we ordered. And I love the fact that when I want to dine in this Taco Bell is not freezing cold like so many of the Taco Bell’s are around Kalamazoo. I will definitely go back.

I live near buy and stop frequent, I always ask for no tomato because I have a slight allergic reactionand this is uncalled for, the lady who rang me up even asked the cook it it was no tomato.

I ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and the order was made incorrectly twice. No meat on the first one and old ingredients on the 2nd. Contacting my bank and having the charge reversed since the shift manager was no help. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Drive thru, food is good, dependable. Service is always with a smile and they remembered the hot sauce, you need it for eggs.

Charles was the cashier. He was funny and it makes my day when people make me laugh! The food is always quick and good here, so no surprise!

Got a box to go. It seemed slower than normal for taco bell. Not busy just not very fast. The food is exactly as expected from taco bell. The cashier was pleasant and the area seemed clean. No problem other than speed.

The lady in the drive thru was rude. I asked for a large water. It ran up medium. I asked if I could please have a large, she said I will give you a large when you get up here. Customer service is important.

Although I only went through the drive through, I would say the appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The attendant was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our order came out hot with no errors and ready to eat. A good experience to say the least. Definitely will visit again if I'm in the area.
