first
off,
i
sat
in
the
drive
through
line
for
literally
an
hour
and
a
half.
i
understand
being
short
staffed
but
this
was
absolutely
ridiculous.
i
had
a
mobile
order
to
pick
up,
went
through
the
line
and
after
sitting
there
for
such
a
long
time
i
got
to
the
window
and
the
lady
was
so
rude!
she
asked
“what
are
you
here
for?”,
i
told
her,
and
she
rolled
her
eyes
at
me!
when
i
finally
got
my
food
i
told
her
i
was
missing
a
burrito
(had
already
paid
-
or
it
wouldn’t
have
been
a
big
deal
and
i
would’ve
just
left).
she
said
“oh
my
god”
and
huffed
then
mumbled
something
under
her
breathe
and
told
me
“pull
forward”.
so
i
did,
sat
there
for
another
30
minutes
then
just
decided
to
leave
because
i
had
been
there
now
for
2
hours
with
the
worst
customer
service
i’d
ever
had.
to
top
it
off
we
had
no
straws
and
the
food
was
awful!
it
was
all
cold,
literally
wet,
and
none
of
it
was
even
made
correctly.
need
less
to
say,
i’ll
never
be
going
back
to
this
tbell
and
you
shouldn’t
waste
your
time
here
either!
