Food took 30 minutes to get done with no one around . I made sure they knew my order was a 6 pice chicken basket I got home it was only 4 so one of my kids did not get there food . I called was told they would put me in the red book I just needed my receipt witch I had . When there a few days later the new shift manager told me she had orders before me I totally understood. I waited an hour then got questioned about why I was supposed to get a six piece chicken meal . Well I explained it to her I get home and open up the box the chicken that she gave me all six pieces look like chicken nuggets the smallest pieces of chicken she could have found I am definitely calling the boss and turning that in. It is not my fault that they messed up.

This is an update on 12/1/23: Service has deteriorated drastically since 8 months ago! All condiments have been removed from the tables, leaving ONE set of s&p shakers for entire restaurant, orders are SLOW coming out, they have been out of several items, ice cream machine is often broken down, and they have a hard time keeping competent help.

The Young Man That Worked The Drive-thru Was SO Sweet (WISH I Could Remember His Name), And Took Out Order With Patience Due To The Fact My Daughter Is Picky. We Pulled Around To Waiting For Our Order, And When He Brought It Out With A Smile Apologizing For The Wait. I Told Him No Problem Told Him Some Kind Word's, And Tipped Him Which He Said No Ma'am. Then,eventually, He Took It Stating That He Would Share It With The Cook Being It Was Just Two Of Them 🥰. Just a Kind-hearted, Self-less Individual, And I PRAY Blessings Over His Life. Food Was HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS 😋.

I love dairy queen but dang I don't know what happened. I ordered a crispy chicken salad I got grilled they only had honey mustard as a dressing and my salad seemed to be made with ingredients that go on a burger let's just say I wasn't happy AT ALL 😣

Manager was rude. Went in, placed an order and never got my ice cream. I asked after sever customers came and went where mine was. She said "I forgot. It's my fault. If you want to complain tell them I did it" Ok. I never got my ice cream and here I am saying she is spoiling the Dairy and souring the milk. Find a new manager.

Stopped in for lunch. No hot dogs. Then no ketchup. Order burger, steak fingers, chicken strips. They bring out burger and steak fingers. Fifteen minutes later bring out chicken strips

The lady working the the drive thru was so rude rude! She asked me to pull around, I did not hear her ask me to pull to the front. She came back to the window and said I told you to pull around. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

It was very busy, but the two people working managed to keep up with the constant line and large orders, and got our food fresh and quick

Stopped in on my way from Mt Pleasant to Houston. This is the kind of DQ I remember from my childhood. No frills. Just excellent food. I had the double beltbuster combo because I was starving. And boy it was delicious!

Ordered 2dq dudes and jalitos&fries we took a few bites of the dudes and they were not the regular tasty patties, they had a terrible thick crust that was overcooked almost no mayo one thin tomato. The jalitos were nothing but over cooked crust all stuck together, fries overcooked. The bathrooms were old and small nothing for handicap persons. The place looks like it's seen better years!! I'm a fan of DQ for many years and my wife and I have never left our food sitting on the table!!

Very poor customer service.The first time I came here the workers were fighting and cussing in the diner.The second time I came here I sat for almost 35 minutes before I ask them if my food was ready and they had forgot my order.Sad thing about that is I was the only customer in the place...
