Very disgusting place! Not recommended for anyone! I went there to get Amex Promotion. I saw very unprofessional behavior by the main staff. When we are entering into the place. On available tables there are used and garbage orders at every table. No one cleaned it. And when I was the cashier to give my order. One customer came and told the cashier girl that ‘there is no place to sit there, because tables are not clean. Please clean the table and give them clean places to sit!' She looked over places and told the customer ‘Aunty, all our staff are busy here after. After finishing work here, staff members can go there and clean.’ I am so confused. How did she call aunty to a customer? After that, the customer goes there and collects all the trays on the tables and puts them on one table. My friend's table was also cleaned by that lady. Shame on the Galle branch staff. And I try to give my order. For the first time the cashier didn’t know anything.(if she is a newbie it could happen) she asked everything from someone who called ‘Abhi’ was came and gave advice, then went back again. First gave orders for a Veggie pizza and a medium chicken pizza (because one of my friends was a vegetarian) but they suggested is that they can give a medium pizza without chicken. So I went back to my friends and discussed it and I went there to give my order. But Abhi told me that I wanted to wait there (to give my order again) after 2 customers had newly arrived. It’s okay, I waited. Then I ordered teriyaki chicken L and choco cheese M pizzazz. But that cashier girl told me that I couldn’t order from that range for promotion. But Abhi told me that I could order 2 ranges. So I told her before me that ranges can order for promotion. Then she asked about Abhi. Abhi went to the cashier and told them that they could get it. Then the cashier girl told Abhi that choco cheese didn’t show in their system. Then Abhi also told me choco cheese pizza is not allowed to order it for promotion. They told me that for promotion I needed to order only chicken pizzazz. I am so frustrated, because they changed what they told me when I was trying to order some veggie pizzazz. And this is not my first time that I have faced a terrible experience. They nearly sent me a promotional massage, but when we went there to buy them, they told us items, stocked out. Last time they did it to me. As a loyal member of Dominos Pizza, I am really dissatisfied with this branch's customer service. Because I want Colombo, Kandy dominos pizza branches, they give great customer service. But this branch has very unprofessional and very badly-manned staff members. So don’t go there if you want great customer service. So I turned back to my friends without ordering anything and I went to Pizza Hut Galle. They are such professional and well-mannered staff. I am truly happy that Pizza Hut trains their staff members so professionally. They greet their customers. Clean all the tables. They don’t bother customers about anything. So go to Pizza Hut when you are in Galle. Don’t go to this rubbished place ever. They don’t know how to keep their customers satisfied and they don’t know how to do their job properly. If dominos could change management in this branch as loyal customers, I would appreciate that. Until that, then, me or my friend will never go there again. I also complain about this matters for Dominos Head Office Hotline. But They also not much care about it. So be aware about bad customer services because you don’t need to waste your money and time for like this disgusting places.

Foods are delicious and much more affordable. But there isn't much seating space in here. Most of the time place is too crowded and busy. Card payments and cash payments also accepted. They have delivery within 5Km range of area. Only negative point is waiting time is too much. Its took more than 30 mins to prepare our pizza.

Around two weeks ago I visited this place. Even after 10 min we go there no one was to welcome us. Actually we needed to taste Dominos pizza but finally we had to go back the pizza hut. I'm unhappy with their service.

Once go in the atmosphere inside was average. We've ordered for pizza and the cashier told us the pizza will be ready after 13mins. (She was so confident and I was surprised about her statement). The pizza got to us within around 15mins of time. The pizza was good. THIS TIME AROUND THEY HAVEN'T PROVIDED US ANY OREGANO OR CHILLI FLAKES THIS TIME. They only provided us a packet of sauce. Once I asked for Oregano they told that they don't provide them anymore. I'm not very satisfied about the service as well. And the upstairs was completely shuts on this Galle Dominos. So there are limited number of tables available on the ground floor

This place is a good for happy time meal.The pizzas are quiet cheaper than the pizza hut.But I was not satisfied from the meal compared to pizza hut.I orderd tanduri chicken pizza and they got like 15mins to serve.However it was cheesier than the pizza hut one.Pizza hut one doesn't even pull even if we asked to add extra cheese.Also they served us italian seasoning and ketchup.As I mentioned I was not satisfied 100%,but overall it was a good dining vibe...

The food is good and tasty.😊 but 😑. The service of the staff is not good.. even though they are customers they are in their jobs. Air conditioners are not working. The heat inside increased. If two people go, both of them will be given only two serviette papers.

Food is good , Fair price. Staff is ok. They dont charge service charge like the other famous pizza brand. Compared to other pizza brand their large pizza seems to be small though. I have a little concern about atmosphere, If you concern about the atmosphere 1st floor is not ideal. But ground floor is ok. I recomond this.

Pizzas are awesome and worth for the money. But the place is not clean and tidy. Specially in the upstairs the AC is not working properly. So can't recommend for the Dine in. But good for take aways and delivery options.

I got a really bad experience in this branch. Before that, I saw an advertisement (50% discount over 1500/=) then I went to get that offer. I did not know how to get it. The cashier did not guild me to get it. After placing the order he billed it without guidance to get a discount. It's much better to go for PIZZA HUT. They gave the best choice that was good for our pocket. Do Not Go there. Customer Care is the worst. Staff is worst.

The way of serving food is very rude. No sauce plates No tissue papers. And the service is not worth the money.

To be fair food was not awful! But it took them 45 minutes to give me a garlic bread! We were in a hurry as many tourist may be and wanted to eat something fast, so what's more quick than domino's?! Ordered their Combo Pizza Deal that comes with 4 mini-pizzas and it tasted like vomit 🤢. The dough wasn't baked enough & after having a few slices I thought I might get diarrhea. Just because the Pizzas are a bit more affordable than their competitor, the savings you might/might not get by going with Domino's is simply not worth it 👎🏻. Definitely the worst pizza I ever had in my life.

Their pizza is good. But the service and cleanliness are zero. When we went, the upstairs area looked like a dump completely. The AC was broken and was smelling badly. None of the tables were cleaned, and we had to come down and wait for a table to become empty to have our meal. Compared to this, pizzahut is pretty clean and enjoyable.

Nice little place in Galle...I visited here with my wife..food was okay, but a little pricer than pizza hut...I'm giving this place four stars because the food was good, but the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better...also, I was given a refund on my chicken wings that were not the best, so that was nice of them.

Foods are fine. The worst Domino's place I ever had. No ac.. no soap in the sink.. tap broken... tables are very dirty... you can feel you are in the fish market. very poor management..no print in card machine. Try to avoid card payment since you have to pay twice. Not recommended at all.

Food is okay (Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied). There no enogh space. Space available for around 20 people incuding upstair. Staff is okay. Pls note card payments can cause troubles. Always better if you pay with cash.

Every thing from their menu is good, pizzas are excellent, and service and deliveries are also fantastic. We've been constantly ordering from them for the past 3 weeks.

Taste of the pizza and the environment were same as all the other domino's pizzas. But only one person was there in the reception to take orders. Eventhough few staff came there, they didn't take the order. So it took quite a long time for us to order there. But we received the pizza within 15 mins from the ordered time.

Nice, tasty. Almost regular Domino's, but with a Sri-Lankan vibe a little bit :)
