Its ludicrous that I had to sit here, pay 14$ for a Margherita Pizza and pretend that I was liking it just to make me feel better. The staff at the counter was hostile. We told her we needed a large pizza and she punched in a combo and we said we needed a large pizza only, period. She was so disgruntled when we asked her to change something which she punched in incorrectly. To top it all off, the Margherita pizza was still fine, we had ordered another one which was supposedly name ‘Veg Spicy Paneer’. I don’t what sort of Global menu does Pizza hut have, this wasn’t a pizza at all to be honest. There was no paneer but everything else. How can you botch up a simple standard pizza. Icing on the cake is, it was so oily and yet finished off with mustard seeds. Are you kidding me ?! Save your big bucks and eat somewhere else, we didn’t have a choice !

This place is usually busy at the noon time. Still people come to buy pizza 🍕 because they make to so good. Inside is clean and staff is friendly too. Even you are new to the place they will help you with the pizza choices and latest deals. Our order was prepared within 15 - 20 minutes as we ordered two large pizzas. Inside there is a cozy side with tables. Most of the time it is always booked for Birthday Parties. Same happened to us. But other tables are good too. Nothing to complain about. They are doing there service so good. Clean and smells good too. Recommend place to dine-in. Or to pick up.

Nice and proper customer service was experienced with the best pizza I ever had from a Pizza hut outlet (I don't know whether the recipe is same for all outlets, but these people have made it amazingly cheesy). Me and my partner went to this restaurant and upon arrival, nobody paid attention to us. We asked for a table and ordered kottu roti and another roti dish. I like a lot of spicy food, so I specifically asled for "sri lankan" spicy level. They brought the kottu quite, but withouth any sign of chilli. My partner was waiting for her's meal for another 10 minutes! Also unfortunatelly there was a hair (we dont make a big deal about it but it did not add to the experience). Honestly, the food tasted awesome, I think best kottu I have had in Sri Lanka, that is why I put 3/5 stars. Hope they improve their service, cause right now it drags the food down. Good luck!

But they delivered 1 full large pizza of hot n spicy chicken and another full large pizza of spicy chicken, not the half & half. Very disappointing.

Worst dinner experience on the whole Sri Lanka Trip. The Pizza taste was good for a Fastfood Pizza, everything else was Not. It took us Long to make people understand what we would like to order, then we had to wait in the freezing cold because of the AC which cooles the whole Restaurant down to a goosebump Temperature and as we got our Pizzas both were not what we ordered so we had to wait another at least 15 to 20 Minutes for the new ones.
