can easily found side of the main road.limited parking space available. fast service. taste of the food considerable. provided drinking water not very good. wash rooms seems like not cleaned very well. owner personally involved with caterings. price is not very much high.

Had Lunch at a very relaxing environment. Buffet was available in local cuisine at a price of Rs. 450 per head including desert of banana/papaya. Food was tasty and the service was good. But washroom facilities need to be improved......

Very offently I were visit there with my family or friends for melas to take away / dine -in . Meals and service are very excelent . Specially staff members are waearing uniqe uniform and environment and atmosphere is very carm anf frendly. But i got a upset and wonder that one of the local person put the bad comments. it's unable to happen .... never happen .. Any way... THE Garden good luck and having with more energize ....................................................................................................................... After long time we were participating a wedding function on 18th July 2020 . I saw that good improvement specially in environment. Worst hotel experience ever! Had a private engagement function. Washrooms are not washed, flushes don’t work. Plates broken and not cleaned. The food is left cold in the buffet for hours and no running heating option. Owner without any permission invite outsiders to serve the buffet from private functions. When all these were addressed to the owner, he said, “It’s my hotel I do what I want!” Owner was not professional at all, used foul language and has a bad attitude towards the customers.

Best place to have meals...very delicious. Prices are not too much expensive.But meals are fresh and tasty. We had special the garden mixed rice, it was Rs.680.00 ( two persons) and special The garden mixed noodles, it was also Rs.680.00. They charged 10% service charge. Quite nice place.

Best place to have meals around unawatuna - koggala area.specially for buffets. Delicious foods and good customer service with calm nature. Also children park available and Affordable prices for meals.

Perfect. I can’t understand why this isn’t 5 stars across the board. Delicious buffet, including fruit, for 600 Rs, and 250 for a mug of fresh juice. That’s great for anywhere in Sri Lanka, and amazing for the area around Unawatuna.

Good for a Quick meal! *** Five of us, three adults and two kids, stopped at "The Garden" restaurant at Talpe on Galle - Matara Road. The restaurant and reception hall are in the middle of a spacious garden. People travelling along the main Galle - Matara road stop here for a quick meal. A-la-carte as well as Sri Lankan meals were available. Sri Lankan rice and curry was served in buffet style. Chicken and seafood Biriyani and noodles too are available on request. We had some beer, lime juice and soft drinks along with our meal. The meals were average. The dessert was pawpaw and ambul bananas. There was a clean sink in the dining area for washing hands. Toilets were reasonably clean. The restaurant was clean and there were no insects nor flies. The cost was reasonable. A buffet serving of Sri Lankan rice and curry was Rs 450 per person while biriyani or noodles cost Rs 600 per dish. I suggested that they stock some sugar free drinks too. Good place to stop for a quick, clean, cost effective meal when on the way! It is quite a popular place for travellers! We had stopped here many times during the past few years.

Perfect place! The most delicious chicken fried rice - it's my favorite. Great prices, nice and friendly staff. The food is fast and tasty, the food is always fresh. I recommend to try!

Spacious and quite surroundings with traditional srilankan food for reasonable price.Ample parking and entertainment for kids. Nice plce to relax.

The food was very oily and had no taste.. and the service was really bad..no water after meal had to ask for it…took more than 30 min to ready food and another 15 min to bring water 👎👎👎🤬 not worth even a star👎👎
