One of the finest Keells outlet in the country. Really good service with friendly staff and good atmosphere as well. Highly recommended for shopping.

Usually Keells are known for their ability to be well organized and to be customer oriented. However Galle Keells supermarket has been slowly dropping the ball for a while now. One of the main reasons I give a low rating is the issues with the parking space. It's a shared space with other shops in the building and you keep being harassed by the building owner who is well known to be a grumpy fellow who loves to declare he's the owner of the place. Other staff members of the parking area follow suit and over the years this has not been addressed by the supermarket. Also there used to be two entrances to the supermarket and you could choose either to enter the premises and since they have changed it and made one the entrance and other the exit. However there is no indication as to such policy being implemented and you stand there confused why the security keep sending you to the other entrance without much of an explanation. Get your stuff together Keells. There's plenty other competition in the market now.

intialy this was the first keells shopping,, in city galle ,and was fine premisses ,, ,,now it is super with expanded range of food items and with a restaurant to have short eats.

This outlet manager has no sense since he put trainees on a Friday evening. It’s was so frustrating that I had to wait more than 20 minutes until the trainee finished a small bill which trainee ran up and down like a headless chicken as she didn’t know how to redeem a discount.

Available many items, but less staff support

It's an example of people's STUPIDITY - service is very slow and inefficient. I don't know managers are looking, but you can lose 20 minutes waiting in a line in front of counters. Cashiers are crazy slow and inefficient: they scan all groceries, then take a bag and slowly pack it. Customers (locals) are stupid enough to stay and do nothing to observe how cashier will slowly put all their stuff in a two-plastic bags, so that they can take their "green" bags and put there all this plastic bags. They spend like 2-3 minutes per each customer. IT"S CRAZY!!!

The Galle branches lack variety when compared to the other Supermarkets situated in Galle. The discounted items shown on the website are no where to be purchased in-store. Has to give a thumbs up to the staff.

Parking available underground but the entrance and exit most of the time blocked by three wheeler guys. And should have been better if had direct access to the lift from the car park. Might have come handy specially on rainy days.

Quite close to bus and railway stations. Their juice bar and bakery is the best choice for breakfast. Big variety of vegetables, you can buy fresh meat and seafood, prices are bit high.
