This bottle cooler door is broken for a year. I was complaining about this to the manager and the staff more than 5 times for a year and yet they have failed to take action. Simply they don't have cold drinks. It took me some time to write this review as I was expecting they would have fixed this issue since Keells is a top-rated brand in the country and they will do everything to make their customers happy. I hate to say this but I'm unsatisfied with their management how they fix errors. Hope they will fix this.

COVID regulations are imposed everywhere, but doesn't justify a supermarket that makes you boil as you grab your sundries. They don't use air-conditioning nor have they improvised proper alternative ventilation to overcome the tropical heat.

Adequate parking space. It is near the Kalegana junction which can be busy during school time and the office hours. It's better to avoid busy hours. Calm and convenient during the rest of the time.

My experience at Keels Super Kalegana was absolutely horrendous. They sold me an expired milk bottle, and the consequences were disastrous. The next morning, I opened the milk to find it curdled and unfit for consumption, making me sick. The store's negligence in checking product dates is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for their customers' health and well-being. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of quality control, and I will never shop there again. It's essential to prioritize customer safety, and Keels Super Kalegana failed miserably in doing so.
