A great food experience by the beach. During my stay at Unawatuna, I had dinner here every night. The first night we reached Unawatuna, there was a storm and a power cut. Our hotel did not have food and every other place was closed including this one. But they still heard us and opened the restaurant and cooked us some great noodles. The rest of the evenings were well spent here. We tried almost everything on the menu and especially liked the beef burger, the noodles and the fried rice. One thing they should improve is the chicken, as the pieces were mostly bones. Service is top notch and a special shout out to our server Mr. Aslam

I recently visited this beachside restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making for a relaxing dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service - the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. What's even better is that the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful location, with great service and an affordable prices. Its located on the beach with direct access to it. You can do water sports, snorkel or simply swim. Overall had 7 large beers Cuttle fish Pizza Fries Cokes Banana fritters And only spent around 15k. Thank you to the team that served us and always goes out of their way to serve us.

We enjoyed a great dinner at The Rock Unawatuna. It was a lovely spot on the beach with candle lit tables. Staff was very friendly. I recommend different variation of Sea Food dishes. Great taste and reasonable prices.

Nice And realy friendly people. Tasty meal (grilled shark and grilled tuna) with big porction. The price are so good too (grilled shark with chips and salad 1080lkr). I recommended this restaurant. Ps: They have a Stout Beer (I like it)

I came here with my family to have a nice dinner . The drink is ok. NEVER ORDER BURGER . CHICKEN BURGER IS TOTAL SCAM. Might as well go hungry then spending 1200 for that garbage. There was no chicken patty. There were two small pieces that you could eat in one bite and could not even see the meat when looking at burger. Put some chicken in it at least... Like man... No chicken it's total scam .

We visited this beautiful restaurant last weekend for the dinner. The tables were arranged nicely in the beach and it was an amazing experience to eat with the sea breeze. The Current ran out while we were there and it turned out to be a candle light dinner which was nice and pleasant. We ordered a rock cafe special rice, a milkshake, a beer and a seafood chopsuey rice which were delicious. Drinking a beer with the sea breeze was an unforgettable experience for us. The items included in the rices were rich and the seafoods were fresh and juicier. And the customer service and the servings are good. If you are a foreigner who visits Unawatuna, you should definitely try this place! You won’t regret. And thank you for an amazing meal! Good luck!!

the rock is fonder full place to make your evening productively, they have seat in front of sea wave, good cocktails, tasty grills, friendly staff, good wash room. nice candle lights in the evening. you can go with family and enjoyed there
