We were in a group and had booked for only 3 rides (Jek Ski, Sofa Ride and Banana Ride). No ride is allowed without any Life Jacket. They do have life jackets for kids also. But they have other rides to which one can Enjoy like, Scuba Diving, Pictures with Baby Crocodiles, Motor boat rides and others. Note:- By the Guide himself - Do not carry any valuables like Phone, Wallet/Purse, Watches while taking the ride. They will get wet and can fall into the water. This is a good place to have a awesome time with all kinds of water activities. I highly recommend their full package. The donut ride is the most fun out of them all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do try their one hour boat ride as well. You will get to see a variety of things along the way. The prices are affordable and well worth it.

Absolutely horrible! Safety Instructions are not given properly,basic maintenance is ignored,the gear is flawed and DONT MEET THE SAFETY STANDARDS. Moreover the rides are very expensive and the money is collected US dollars, there is an additional 3.5% to the total amount and its NOT TAX .The staff is extremely rude and insults visitors,unnecessary waste of time and money! MONEY IS GIVEN TOP PRIORITY NOT SERVICE.

We only went for 2 activities, water scooter and river safari. Staff was very polite and they helped us explore all the aspects of river safari. They helped us in spotting crocodiles in the river and took us inside the mangrove forests as well. It was not expensive and you can negotiate also.

Very friendly and professional people. We went for scuba diving and were explained all the safety precautions beforehand. the equipments are well maintained and of good quality. The rates are comparable to other water sports center (will not say that they are cheap). All in all awesome experience.

They have many activities that one can do individually or with family like the banana boat, tubes, wave boards, surfing, snorkeling, deep sea diving, deep sea fishing and many more. Go for the 1800cc Jet Ski! They allow you to drive the Jet Ski all over the place for 15 minutes without being accompanied by an instructor. It is a surreal feeling. I went for the tube ride which was really fun. They make you purposefully fall in the water at the speed of 80 km an hour, it feels like you have been slap so hard that you literally start seeing stars. It's just a 2 minute ride, but completely worth it. I also did snorkeling. They take you to an island which is about 8 km from the base. We went on a day where the seas were a bit rough so the visibility of marine life was a problem. Also the instructor forgot to record the video on the GoPro. The staff were really courteous and well trained to do their job very professionally! We met the owner also who was really friendly. We then ended our day by having a nice group meal there. Overall it was a nice experience but it could have been better if our video was recorded.

We tried their water activities. We tried banana boat, sofa ride, flyfish, jetski and paramounting. All the rides were a lot of fun especially the sofa ride. The kids loved the flyfish but it was too hard on my shoulders and would recommend adults who have any shoulder issues to avoid it. For paramounting they had to take us to the other side of the water and it was the most interesting ride even thought it was expensive. Overall would recommend this place as the staff are also very friendly.

We went for a package of three sports with 8 person. Banana ride, sofa ride and jet skiing. We enjoyed the sofa ride very much. Sofa ride is must try, don't miss it. Joyful experience.

Was nice to the clients and flexible with their packages. They provide it all from lockers, changing rooms, wash rooms etc. Most important thing is they would take your safety first. Great variation of activities!

Highly recommended for tourists. They have crocodile show as well as fish therapy spot. I love the ride inside the small jungle and the place where River water and Sea water are getting mixed. However the fish therapy area is bit dirty and it was not well maintained. May be due to lack of tourists. The entrance for the fish therapy area is too risk for old peoples. We went there with four people and they charged only Rs. 4000 for the whole trip. It was like 3 hours in side the boat. They have many water sports like jesky and banana ride and many more. Very good for young and energetic peoples.

One of the best place to do water sports in Madu river. They have a good crew and they are well- experienced, No need to worry about the safety. You can do may water sports such as banana boat ride, Tube ride, Jet ski ride and lots. The boat ride that they do is wonderful, You will be able to see lots of animals animals such as monkeys, Birds and Crocodiles.

People here are so kind and cooperative I found this place good and they help you with Bethe water sports. Unfortunately they don't a ocean view but you will enjoy in few sports definitely.

I as part of a group of around 35 tourists visited this place in first week of Jan 2020. The initial impressions made by the presenter / salesperson was good and we 8 people quickly bought a package of speed boat for a 15 minutes ride. We onboraded the speed boat quickly, but the speed boat was kept idle for good 15-20 mins. The sun was sharp that day and many of us were uncomfortable sitting for such long time... After many requests, we realised that there is no fuel in the boat. We still waited for another 5-7 mins but fuel never came. Irritated, we off loaded and asked for refund. There was little reluctance in giving back our money however they realised their mistake and gave back our money.
