Not
happy
about
the
place.
Although
the
building
is
a
good
building
I
feel
that
the
owner
should
pay
more
attention
to
look
into
the
basic
needs
as
follows
This
is
a
one
man
show
hotel.
Only
one
person
is
there
to
work
as
the
Manager/Cook/Cleaner/
etc.
etc.
If
proper
clothing
can
be
provided
to
this
person
is
good
because
he
looks
very
untidy.
No
glass
to
drink
water
in
the
room.
The
wash
room
had
only
a
small
tiny
piece
of
soap
for
two
people.
We
had
to
ask
for
toilet
paper.
The
AC
in
the
Neptune
room
was
very
noisy
and
we
tried
to
switch
it
off
and
use
the
ceiling
fan
but
it
was
also
not
working.
Although
it
says
that
credit
cards
are
accepted,
we
were
asked
to
pay
by
cash.
The
checking
time
was
2.00
p.m.
but
we
were
asked
to
wait
till
5.00
p.m.
because
the
rooms
were
not
ready.
May
be
this
single
person
cannot
attend
to
all
the
work
at
once
and
he
needed
more
time
because
he
works
alone.
This
person
is
always
in
a
bad
mood
may
be
because
he
is
exhausted
due
to
the
heavy
work
load
and
trying
to
fight
with
the
guests
specially
Sri
Lankans
and
we
were
very
unhappy
about
the
way
he
spoke
to
us
at
various
instances.
Foreigners
cannot
talk
with
him
because
of
the
language
problem.
Pls
advice
him
how
to
treat
the
guests
and
how
to
talk
politely
to
guests.
The
purpose
of
this
review
is
to
convey
this
message
to
the
owner
to
take
appropriate
measures
to
rectify
these
basic
needs
a
guest
would
require
to
enjoy
his/her
short
stay
in
this
hotel.
Every
time
we
inform
him
these
lapses
his
answer
was
to
complain
it
to
the
management
and
that
it
is
not
his
fault
and
he
is
helpless
and
finally
we
decided
to
write
this
review.
