The owner wanted that we paid directly when we arrived. We left our bags to go for diner. When we came back from diner there was a really loud noise. It was impossible to sleep because of the heavy sound of the airconditioning from outside (even when the airconditioning of the room was not on, the extreme noise was still there). We asked for another room, but the owner told us the noise was in all the rooms. It was impossible to get any money back from the manager of the place. We decided not to stay and left the place. Apparently it’s normal for him to sleep in this heavy noise. Go your way.

Extra rude owner and loud neighbourhood. Washrooms are too small you can't even move properly inside it. Bed was okay and the room but the AC has a cranky noise Wont come here ever again

Don't even go there even if you dont have another option. The owner asked us to get out of the house 10:30pm because we opened our own door. In the day time when we came in the guy ask us to get out if we can't give him the passport. We were visiting a friend. Not even trying to book a room. Anyway very bad experience. Tiny AF shower cubicle and the entire bathroom is in a 5x5 room. AC doesn't work in the days time and at night its super loud Not to mention the cockroaches 😑

We had awsome two days here. What an idle place to relax. Rooms are really clean and nice ; breakfast also really good. It will much better if there is sea view. But we love the place and staff was extreamly friendly.

Stayed there for a night. Owner had an attitude not letting the guests leave the room at night and demanded to leave in different cases. Thought of finding a different place cuz it killed the mood. Act with precaution.

Had a very bad experience at this hotel. Manager of the hotel was very rude. He was making a huge argument with the neighbors at around 10:30 Pm for making too much noise. Rooms were not clean. Will definitely not recommend going here.

Very good location, nice room thats clean and with windows that can open. Host was magnificent! We stayed for our first say in Galle in a hotel with pool and payed way too much, better to stay here in a clean room and go to the Unawatuna beach with Tuctuc or on foot

Very nice acommodation in the old center, it is close to everything. Very clean and stylish rooms, with AC, we got towels and shower gel. Good price. There is a kitchen you can use at any time. The owner was very nice!
